Shipping and logistics + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM integrates with DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, EasyPost, Shippo, ShipStation, ShipHero and Extensiv. With DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, EasyPost and Shippo, Krokul gets rates and creates the label from a won deal. ShipStation, ShipHero and Extensiv receive it as a warehouse order. ShipHero and Extensiv also send stock back. Tracking returns to the shipment and moves the deal on delivery. Other carriers connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato and the Krokul API.

What your team gets

Shipping starts on the won deal

A won deal fires card.won and opens the shipment step. The ship-to address comes from the client company, items and quantities from the deal lines. The manager can put the chosen shipping cost on the invoice before the label exists, and for DHL Express exports Krokul builds the customs invoice from the same lines.

Every tracking event reaches the deal

EasyPost and ShipStation send label and tracking events as webhooks, and Krokul reads DHL Express tracking for open waybills on a schedule. A delivered parcel moves the deal to the next stage with card.statusChanged, so the account manager answers where the order is without asking the warehouse.

Mistakes caught before the label

Krokul validates the client company address with DHL Express before the waybill. A deal closed as lost fires card.lost and puts its waiting ShipStation order on hold, so nobody ships a canceled sale.

What to know

Carrier accounts, label billing, packing rules and refunds of unused labels stay in the shipping service. DHL caps tracking calls per day, so Krokul checks only open waybills, and ShipStation offers its API on certain plans.

Questions and answers

Where is the shipping label bought?

With DHL Express and EasyPost the manager confirms a rate in Krokul and the label appears on the deal. With ShipStation the warehouse buys it in ShipStation, and the tracking number comes back.

How does a tracking update find its deal?

Through an external key. Krokul stores the waybill, shipment or order ID on the deal when the shipment is created, and every later event resolves to that deal.
