Dealers place orders themselves, at their own prices

A dealer logs into the portal, sees their prices and stock, builds an order or repeats a past one. A deal with the right prices appears in your CRM, and the rep only confirms it.

Available from the Money plan, $149/month, 1,000 transactions included

External portal, “What the client sees” block: seven pipeline stages with visibility switches and an outward-facing label.

What it looks like without Krokul

  1. A dealer sends an order by email or as a thirty-line list in a messenger. The rep retypes it into an invoice by hand and puts the wrong tier’s price on one line.

  2. A client calls to ask whether an item is in stock and when their payment will be applied. The rep spends half a day on answers that are already in the system.

  3. A regular client orders the same thing every month, and every month it’s a new conversation from scratch.

What Krokul does

Prices and stock for their tier

In the portal, a dealer sees only the prices that belong to their tier and terms, and only the stock levels you’ve chosen to show. A price below their tier won’t make it into an order.

An order becomes a deal

An order placed in the portal appears in your CRM as a deal with line items, total and client company. The rep confirms it or follows up if something is off.

Repeat orders

A past order is repeated in a few clicks at current prices. Regular clients order without back-and-forth.

Documents, payments and balance due

Invoices, delivery notes, completion certificates and payment status are visible in the portal. Clients see for themselves what’s paid and what’s overdue, without calling a rep.

How it works

  1. You enable the portal for a client company

In the client company card you set the price tier, terms and what to show: catalog, stock, documents. The client’s contact gets an invitation.

  2. The dealer builds an order

The portal has the catalog at their prices, a cart and an order comment. Quantity breaks and promo prices apply automatically, just like in your quote.

  3. A deal appears on your side

The order becomes a deal in the chosen pipeline with line items and total. Then the usual chain follows: invoice, payment, delivery note.

  4. The client tracks fulfillment themselves

Order status, documents and payments update in the portal. The “where’s my invoice?” question goes away.

Result

  • Dealer orders arrive with the right prices, and the rep only confirms them.
  • Regular clients reorder with a click instead of rewriting.
  • Noticeably fewer “is it in stock?” and “has my payment come through?” calls.

What’s not included

The portal isn’t an online store for new walk-in buyers: your client companies get in by invitation. There is no online card payment inside the portal; payment is made against an invoice. There is no separate mobile app; the portal opens in a phone’s browser.

Questions

Can a dealer see other dealers’ prices?

No. The portal shows only the prices for their tier and terms; this is enforced by the server, not hidden by the interface.

Can I show only some of the stock?

Yes: stock display is enabled separately, and you can show availability without exact quantities.

What does the rep see when a dealer places an order?

A new deal in the pipeline marked “from portal”, a notification and the order’s line items. The rep confirms or edits the deal, and the dealer sees the result in the portal.

How is this different from a standalone B2B portal product?

A standalone portal has to be connected to the CRM and price lists through an integration, and its prices drift on their own. The Krokul portal reads the same price lists, terms and stock as your rep, so they can’t diverge by design.

How much does the portal cost?

It’s included in the Money plan, $149/month; the number of dealers and clients in the portal is unlimited and not billed separately. Each order is one transaction, like any new deal.

Let one dealer order on their own

Enable the portal for one client company, send an invitation and watch their order become a deal with the right prices.

Included in the Money plan.
