A gateway for every source
Web form, Telegram, Google Forms, Meta, a store, a marketplace, telephony or a webhook — every source has its own gateway with a key. The inquiry becomes a deal in the chosen pipeline, tagged with its source.
Sell
A website form, Telegram, an online store, a marketplace or a webhook connects as an inbound gateway. Each inquiry becomes a contact and a deal in the right pipeline, never twice.

A form inquiry arrives as an email to a shared inbox. Nobody opens it until evening, and the next morning two reps each enter it for themselves.
The client wrote on Telegram, then filled in the form, then called. The CRM has three contacts, three deals, three “first calls”.
A rep calls about an inquiry and spends fifteen minutes figuring out what exactly is needed, what the budget is and when. Half the inquiries aren’t a fit.
Web form, Telegram, Google Forms, Meta, a store, a marketplace, telephony or a webhook — every source has its own gateway with a key. The inquiry becomes a deal in the chosen pipeline, tagged with its source.
A contact is matched by phone and email, a client company by name and registration number (EDRPOU). A repeat inquiry from the same client lands in their record, not next to it.
A public qualification questionnaire: budget, timeline, volume, needs. The client fills it in from an email or from the website, and the answers go into the deal’s fields before the call.
Every deal knows where it came from. The sources report shows which channels bring deals and money, and which bring only inquiries.
For a website — a ready-made form widget in one line of code, or the gateway address and a key for your own form; for Telegram and stores — ready-made adapters; for everything else — a webhook with field mapping.

A deal appears at the first stage of the pipeline with the contact, source and inquiry text; an owner is assigned by rule and gets a notification.
The client gets a link to the questionnaire; their answers go into the deal’s fields. The stage gate checks that budget and timeline are there before the deal moves on.
How many inquiries, deals and how much money each source brought over the period — in a report, without pulling numbers from ad dashboards.
Among messengers, ready-made adapters exist for Telegram and Viber; WhatsApp and Instagram connect through a third-party service’s webhook. Krokul doesn’t run ad campaigns and doesn’t show cost per inquiry from the ad dashboard — only what the inquiry led to afterwards.
For standard website builders — no: the gateway has an address the form sends its data to. For a custom website, a developer adds one request; there is an example in the API documentation.
By the contact’s phone and email, and by the client company’s name and registration number (EDRPOU). If there’s a match, the inquiry goes into the existing record as a new deal or activity.
A public page behind a link with fields you choose: the answers go into the deal’s fields. You can put the link in an email, on your website or send it in a messenger.
An inquiry in Krokul doesn’t just create a record: it is matched against your database, lands in the right pipeline, gets a source for reporting and can collect more data through the questionnaire. Then the same deal goes on to the quote, invoice and payment without being re-entered.
Gateways and the questionnaire are included in the free Deals plan. Each new deal from an inquiry is one of 100 transactions per month; contacts don’t count.
Whoever the team’s assignment rules say — for example, by inquiry source. Without rules, the deal is visible to whoever their role allows, and you can assign an owner in bulk from the list.
The widget goes onto the site with one line of code. In the “Web form” stream settings you choose its look with buttons: a form in place or a floating button; which fields to show (name, phone, email, company, message) and which are required (the form marks them with an asterisk); the label above the field or inside it, the title, the button text and color. Next to it is a preview of the real widget. An inquiry brings the page address and UTM tags; bots are filtered out by a hidden field and the fill-in time, and the list of allowed sites stops your form from being placed on someone else’s site. The widget speaks English or Ukrainian.
Create a gateway, paste the address into your form — and the next inquiry becomes a deal with a contact and a source. Add the questionnaire when you want fewer empty calls.
