Email, tasks and calendar in the deal card

A client’s email lives in the deal card, not in a sales rep’s personal inbox. A task is created from the email, a meeting from the task, and your daily plan is one screen.

Available on the free Deals plan, 100 transactions per month

What it looks like without Krokul

  1. A client emailed a sales rep who is on vacation. A colleague can’t see the email, the client waits a week and writes to a competitor.

  2. The agreement “meeting on Thursday at 3 pm” is in the rep’s calendar but not in the deal. The manager has no idea the deal is alive.

  3. Tasks are in one tool, email in another, the calendar in a third. Every morning starts with reconciling three lists.

What Krokul does

Emails in the card

Gmail connects to Krokul; an email from a contact’s address lands in the client company card and the open deal on its own. You reply from there, and the reply goes out through your own mailbox.

Shared team inbox

The company inbox is visible to the team according to permissions: a colleague replies to the client while the rep is on vacation, and the reply stays in the same card.

Tasks with a timer

A task has a due date, an owner, a checklist and a timer. Create it from an email, a deal or a project; timer hours are logged to the project and the client.

Calendar synced with Google

Meetings and task due dates in one calendar, synced with Google Calendar both ways. Move or close a task in the calendar on your phone, and the CRM picks it up on its own — and logs it in the deal timeline.

A meeting with a goal and an outcome

A meeting is set with a goal and a time and is closed with an outcome from the company’s list. The Meetings report shows for a period how many were held, planned and overdue, and with what outcome, for each manager.

How it works

  1. Connect Gmail

Your own mailbox or the company’s shared mailbox, in a few clicks via Google. Correspondence history with existing contacts is pulled in.

  2. Emails land in cards

By the sender’s address, an email ends up in the client company and deal cards. An email with no match stays in the inbox, where you can link it or create a deal from it.

  3. Email to task, task to meeting

One action on an email creates a task with a due date; a meeting from the task goes to the calendar and to Google. The task timer logs hours.

  4. Daily plan on one screen

Today’s tasks, meetings, overdue invoices and stuck deals, all together. The manager sees the same for the whole team.

Result

  • Client correspondence belongs to the company and is visible to everyone who is allowed to see it.
  • Agreements don’t get lost between email, calendar and CRM: it’s one record.
  • The morning starts with the daily plan, not with reconciling three lists.

What’s not included

Supported email services are Gmail and Google Workspace; Outlook connects via forwarding. Telephony works through integrations with providers (Binotel, Phonet, Ringostat, UniTalk); Krokul does not record calls itself. There are no bulk mailings or marketing email sequences.

Questions

Can a colleague see my personal email?

No. They see emails linked to client companies and deals they have access to, and the company’s shared inbox if one is connected.

Does the calendar work without Google?

Yes, the Krokul calendar works on its own; Google sync is optional, so you can see meetings on your phone.

What is the task timer?

A “Start” button that logs working time to the project’s and the client’s hours. You can also add hours manually.

How is this different from email integration in a typical CRM?

A typical CRM shows a copy of the email in the card. In Krokul an email is part of a chain: it creates a task, the task logs hours to a project, the meeting syncs with Google, and the team sees all of it according to permissions.

How much does it cost?

Email, tasks and calendar are included in the free Deals plan. Emails, tasks and hours don’t count as transactions.

How do I not miss a mention or a task?

Notifications in the header cover mentions in comments, tasks and overdue dates. Each one opens its record, and you can mark them as read with one click. On each stage, the deal card shows a call-script hint from the reference list.

How does the head of sales see how meetings ended?

In Analytics → Meetings: for a period and a manager, meetings held, planned, overdue and cancelled; in the manager × outcome table every number opens those meetings in Tasks. Admins and managers see the report.

Where can I find a Zoom or Google Meet recording?

On the deal, contact or company record, in the Meeting recordings block: notes, topics and the transcript arrive from tl;dv. A recording Krokul couldn’t place waits in the Link recordings queue, where it is attached to a deal, contact or task in one pick.

Connect your mailbox and see emails in your deals

A few clicks via Google, and your client correspondence is already in their cards. Then create tasks from emails and run your day from one screen.

Included in the Deals plan, free.
