Where a typical CRM ends

We compare processes, not slogans: what is in the system, what you have to run elsewhere, and what you pay for separately.

  • Unlimited users

How Krokul is different

How is Krokul different from a typical CRM?

A typical CRM ends at the deal. Krokul continues the chain: contract and invoice from the deal card, payments from bank statements, a project from the won deal, hours vs. paid hours, a completion certificate from hours, margin. So sales, delivery and finance numbers match without manual reconciliation.

Is Krokul a CRM or an ERP?

A CRM with a finance and project layer. From ERP it has documents, payments, receivables, stock levels and reservations; it has no bookkeeping, payroll, manufacturing or WMS. Krokul runs alongside your accounting system and exchanges data with it via the API.

Can Krokul integrate with an ERP or accounting system?

Yes, via the API and webhooks: invoices, payments and client companies flow both ways. Krokul doesn’t replace bookkeeping — it feeds it with sales data.

Who is Krokul not for?

B2C retail, cash registers and shops, warehouse logistics (WMS), production planning. It is not an ERP and not a retail point of sale.

How do I move data from another system or from Excel?

There is ready-made migration from KeyCRM, KeepinCRM and SalesDrive, plus CSV and XLSX spreadsheets — that is, from Excel or Google Sheets. Before the import you see the file’s columns and mapping, and a finished import can be rolled back.

Are there an API and integrations?

The API covers everything in the interface: public API v1 with English documentation, API keys with role permissions, webhooks. The built-in AI assistant works with your data from day one; external AI agents connect through the MCP server and read data only within their access rights. Ready-made integrations: email, calendar, messengers, payment services, marketplaces.

Is there a mobile app?

Krokul is a desktop product: tables, documents and boards need a large screen. Client and partner portals and forms open in a phone browser.

How long does it take to get started?

On your own — from a few minutes to a day: business type, data migration, inviting the team. With a partner implementation it depends on your processes; typically one to three weeks.
