Thousands of records, no lag: search, views, bulk actions

Ctrl+K on any screen finds a client company, contact, deal, document or product. Lists of thousands of rows don’t lag, views are shared with the team, bulk actions run in one go.

Available on the free Deals plan, 100 transactions per month

What it looks like without Krokul

  1. A client calls and gives an invoice number. The rep opens documents, then deals, then client companies — and promises to call back.

  2. A two-thousand-row deal list takes half a minute to load, and the filter the rep set up yesterday disappeared after a page refresh.

  3. A rep has left, and their forty deals need to be handed over. That’s forty records to open and forty saves.

What Krokul does

One search for everything

Deals, contacts, client companies, documents by number and name, products — in a single field. Ctrl+K from any screen; a result opens the record.

Lists without lag

Lists render only the visible rows, so thousands of records scroll like a hundred. Sorting and filtering run on the server.

Saved views

Columns, filters and sorting are saved as a view: personal or shared with the team. “My overdue”, “Kyiv deals over 100K” — one click, the same for everyone.

Bulk actions

Select rows — change the owner, stage or a field, create a task. All at once, without duplicates: records that already have that task don’t get a second one.

How it works

  1. Search from anywhere

Ctrl+K, a few letters or a number — and the record is open. You don’t need to know which list to look in.

  2. Set up a list once

Columns, filters, sorting — then save it as a view. Settings live in your account, not the browser: on another computer everything is in place.

Counterparty register: eight rows with lifecycle, tax ID, owner and update date.

  3. Share a view with the team

A shared view is visible to everyone it’s assigned to; only the author or a role with permission can change it.

  4. Act in bulk

Handing forty deals to a new rep is one action. The audit log records each change separately, with its author.

Result

  • Any record is found in seconds from any screen — by name or number.
  • A list of thousands of rows works like one of a hundred, and settings don’t get lost.
  • Handing over deals, changing a stage or creating a task for selected records is one action, not forty.

What’s not included

There is no full-text search inside emails or file attachments — search covers names, numbers and record fields. Search by phone number works in the contacts list, not in the global search field.

Questions

What does search find?

Deals by name, contacts by name, client companies by name, documents by number and name, products by name and SKU. Results are grouped by type.

How many records can a list handle?

Tens of thousands with no noticeable difference: only visible rows are rendered, and filters and sorting are computed on the server.

Can colleagues see my view?

Only if you make it shared. Personal views are yours; shared views are for roles or everyone.

How is this different from search in a typical CRM?

In many CRMs search lives inside each list and filters live in the browser. In Krokul there’s one search across all record types, views are saved in the account and shared with the team, and bulk actions don’t duplicate tasks.

How much does it cost?

Search, views and bulk actions are included in all plans, including the free Deals plan. Bulk changes to existing records don’t count as transactions.

Can we remove menu items we don’t use?

Yes. An administrator turns menu items on and off for the whole company — stock, subscriptions, tickets and so on — and can restore the default set at any time.

Bring over your base and try Ctrl+K

Import a thousand client companies from a spreadsheet, press Ctrl+K and type three letters. Then save your first view for the team.

Included in the Deals plan — free.
