Krokul CRM integrates with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest and Rozetka Delivery. Nova Poshta connects through a native connector. A manager creates the shipment from the deal card, Krokul takes the recipient from the deal contact, and the waybill number or barcode, the label and the parcel status stay on that card. Cash on delivery is set in the shipment form. Rozetka Delivery connects through the carrier API and Krokul webhooks, and other delivery services connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.
After card.won the manager opens the shipment on the deal, picks the city and branch from the carrier directory and sees the Nova Poshta delivery cost before the waybill exists. The warehouse prints the label from the shipment, and for a batch of Ukrposhta parcels Krokul gets the 103a cover form as one file.
The delivery services send no events, so Krokul polls tracking for active shipments itself. Each change appears in the deal feed, and delivery moves the deal to the next stage with card.statusChanged. A return creates a task for the owner, which your team chat picks up through task.created.
The cash on delivery amount comes from the deal. For Meest, Krokul checks that your contract allows it, and for Ukrposhta it sets the declared value no lower than the cash on delivery amount. When the carrier transfers the money, the payment on the deal becomes a fact, and payment.received goes to accounting.
Contracts, rates and delivery invoices stay with the carriers, and Krokul runs the shipment within the deal. One Nova Poshta connection works with one sender, and Ukrposhta grants API access under a contract.
Nova Poshta needs an API key from your account. Ukrposhta works with the tokens issued under your contract, Meest with API credentials from Meest, and Rozetka Delivery with a static partner token. All of them are stored in the settings of your carrier connection.
Krokul polls Nova Poshta about every half hour, and Ukrposhta and Meest on a schedule. Polling stops once the parcel is delivered, returned or cancelled.
Yes. For Nova Poshta, Krokul creates a return waybill linked to the same deal, and a return status from Ukrposhta or Meest gives the manager a task.
