Krokul CRM integrates with Rozetka, Prom.ua, Epicentr, OLX and shops on Horoshop. Rozetka and Horoshop have native connectors. Each order becomes a deal with products from your catalog. The buyer becomes a contact, and the order number becomes an external key. The status and the waybill number go back to the marketplace, and Rozetka, Epicentr and Horoshop also get prices and stock from the Krokul warehouse. With OLX, Krokul also keeps buyer conversations. Epicentr and OLX connect through the marketplace API and Krokul webhooks, and other marketplaces and shop platforms through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.
Each Krokul marketplace connection has its own pipeline, source and owner. Krokul looks for the buyer among contacts by phone and e-mail, and the order products reserve stock. A subscription to card.created filtered by pipeline tells the warehouse about every new order.
The manager moves the deal to another stage, and Krokul changes the order status on the marketplace using the mapping from the settings. The number of the waybill created in the deal card reaches the Rozetka, Prom.ua or Epicentr order, so the buyer sees the shipment without a message from the manager.
When stock or a price changes in Krokul, the new values go to Rozetka and the Horoshop shop, and the marketplace stops selling what is out of stock. Rozetka return requests become an entry in the deal feed and a task, and Prom.ua buyer messages show in the contact feed.
The marketplace runs the storefront, checkout, fees and online payment, and Krokul runs the sale after checkout. Rozetka, Prom.ua, Epicentr and OLX send no webhooks, so Krokul polls the seller accounts on a schedule. Horoshop offers webhooks on the Pro plan, and on other plans orders are fetched by polling the API.
Rozetka needs the login and password of the seller account. Prom.ua needs an API token from the account, valid for one year at most. Horoshop takes a webhook address or an API login and password. Epicentr needs a token from the API tab. OLX needs a business account sign-in.
Not by default. The first pass only remembers the latest order. Rozetka and Horoshop history can be fetched with a separate switch in the connection settings.
The deal line is created with the name and price from the order, and the connection journal shows a note about the unmatched SKU.
