Epicentr + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with the Epicentr marketplace through the seller Merchant API. An order from the Epicentr seller account becomes a deal with products from your catalog, and the buyer becomes a contact. Krokul sends the order status, the waybill number and manager comments back to Epicentr, and updates offer prices and availability from the Krokul warehouse.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

Epicentr orders in the sales pipeline

Krokul requests /v4/oms/orders with the filter[updatedAt][from] filter and walks the pages with a cursor. Each new order becomes an «Epicentr No. …» deal in the pipeline of the connection, and the order number becomes its external key. Order lines match Krokul catalog products by the seller SKU, so the warehouse reserve is set at once. A repeated read creates no duplicate.

The deal stage changes the order status

A manager confirms the order in Krokul, and the deal moves to the «Confirmed» stage. Krokul reads the allowed transitions from /v2/oms/orders/{orderId}/allowed-statuses and calls change-status with the confirmed_by_merchant code. To cancel, Krokul passes a reason from the Epicentr list, such as product_not_available, and closes the deal as lost with the same reason.

A waybill from the deal card in the seller account

The manager creates a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta shipment on the deal. Krokul writes the waybill number to the order with PATCH /v1/oms/orders/{orderId}/shipment-number. According to the Epicentr documentation, this number turns on tracking and completes the order once the parcel is picked up, and the completed status closes the deal as won.

Offer prices and availability from the Krokul warehouse

When a product stock level or price changes, Krokul sends a batch to POST /v1/offers with the availability and prices.price fields by SKU. Epicentr accepts up to 1000 items in one request and returns a requestId. With it, Krokul reads the result of each item and shows items with the skipped or forbidden status in the log with the error code.

Order comments in the deal feed

Order comments from /v2/oms/orders/{orderId}/comments appear in the deal feed next to the correspondence. The manager writes a note for Epicentr on the deal, and Krokul adds it to the order comments in the seller account.
