Krokul CRM integrates with monobank internet acquiring (Plata by mono), NovaPay, WayForPay and LiqPay, and with PrivatBank statements. monobank and NovaPay connect through native connectors. The manager creates a payment link from the deal. The client pays through it. A signed notification from the provider turns the expected payment into a fact. Krokul matches PrivatBank statement credits to the client company by EDRPOU code and closes the plan on its own. Other payment services and banks connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.
The manager clicks «Payment link», and Krokul creates an invoice or a session with the provider for the expected payment amount. The client pays, Krokul checks the notification signature and posts the fact. Each fact fires payment.received, and once payments cover the deal invoice, invoice.paid fires one time.
Funds held on a card through monobank or NovaPay keep the payment expected until the manager captures them after shipment. A refund lowers the amount paid on the deal and leaves an entry in the feed, and a declined payment shows the manager that the client tried to pay.
Krokul reads the PrivatBank statement on a schedule, finds the client company by the payer EDRPOU code and closes the open plan of its deal. A partial payment leaves the rest of the plan open, and credits without a match wait for the accountant in the list of unmatched receipts.
Funds, fees and merchant payouts stay with the provider and the bank. Krokul creates invoices and links, receives payment notifications and shows the deal status. From a PrivatBank account Krokul only reads the statement within the token permissions and creates no payments.
By the payment currency. NovaPay accepts hryvnia, and monobank also takes dollars, euros, zlotys and pounds. When several providers accept the currency, the manager picks one while creating the link.
Krokul rejects it and posts nothing, and the event goes to the integration journal.
No. The provider payment ID, or the REF and REFN pair from the statement, becomes the external key of the payment, and a repeated notification creates no second fact.
