Krokul CRM integrates with Stripe, Stripe Billing, PayPal, Adyen, Paddle, GoCardless, Chargebee, Recurly, Wise Business and Revolut Business. The manager asks for money from the deal with a payment link, an invoice or a Direct Debit mandate, and settled money comes back as a payment fact on the matching line of the payment plan. Wise and Revolut credits match open plan lines the same way.
StripeOn a won deal the manager picks the provider for a plan line. Krokul creates a Stripe Checkout Session, a PayPal invoice or a GoCardless mandate request and shows the link on the deal. The provider ID stays on the record, so every later event finds the same deal.
A completed capture, a confirmed Direct Debit or a completed bank credit becomes a payment fact. The client company debt drops, payment.received fires, and invoice.paid follows once the invoice is covered. A refund is booked against the payment it reverses, and a failed charge creates a task for the account manager.
When a Wise or Revolut credit fits two plan lines, or none, Krokul does not guess. It waits in the payments register with a task for the accountant, who picks the line. Krokul keeps the transaction ID, so the same credit is never booked twice.
Disputes, dunning, payouts and transfers stay with the provider or the bank; Krokul records incoming money and refunds and never sends a payout. For recurring billing, each client has one billing owner, Chargebee, Recurly, Paddle, Stripe Billing or a Krokul contract.
Krokul reads Wise Business and Revolut Business through their APIs with the access your company grants, and you can revoke it from the bank side. Other banks reach Krokul through statement lines that the accountant posts in the payments register.
At the settled state of each provider, which is a completed capture in Stripe or PayPal, a confirmed collection in GoCardless or a completed transaction in Revolut. Pending money shows as expected.
If the refund leaves the invoice short, it becomes unpaid again, and invoice.paid can fire after the next full payment.
