Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Stripe Billing. A won deal starts a Stripe subscription with the prices agreed in the deal, every paid renewal invoice becomes a payment fact in Krokul, and failed payments, ending trials and cancellations turn into tasks for the account manager. Plan changes update the client company and the Krokul MRR report. The link runs through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato or through the Krokul API and webhooks.
Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.
When a deal in the subscription pipeline is won, Krokul finds or creates the Stripe Customer for the client company and creates a Subscription with the Stripe price IDs of the deal lines and their quantities. The deal UUID goes into the subscription metadata. Stripe takes over the billing cycle from that moment.
Each paid renewal is a payment in Krokul
Stripe sends invoice.paid when a renewal invoice is settled. Krokul reads the subscription from the event, records a payment fact on the original deal with the invoice number and amount, and keeps the Stripe invoice ID as an external key. The client company card shows the paid periods in one list.
A failed charge reaches a person
An invoice.payment_failed event adds a comment with the amount to the deal. When the subscription status moves to past_due, Krokul creates a task for the owner of the client company to call the client. Smart Retries keep charging the card in Stripe meanwhile.
Trial ends and plan changes
Stripe sends customer.subscription.trial_will_end three days before a trial ends, and Krokul opens a task to confirm the payment method. Events customer.subscription.updated and customer.subscription.deleted refresh a read-only copy of the subscription on the client company. The Krokul MRR movements report counts the upgrade, downgrade or churn.

How to connect today
Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato
Connect the Krokul app with a Krokul API key and Stripe with a restricted key that can write customers and subscriptions.
From the Krokul trigger Deal Won, call Create Subscription in Zapier or Create subscription in Albato, then save the Stripe IDs with the Krokul action Set External Key.
From Updated Subscription or Canceled Subscription in Zapier, Watch Events in Make or the Stripe Trigger in n8n, use the Krokul search Find Client Company and the action Create Task or Record Payment.
Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks
Issue a Krokul API key scoped to deals, client companies, payments and tasks, and create a Stripe webhook endpoint for the customer.subscription and invoice events.
Subscribe a Krokul webhook to card.won with a pipelineUuid filter, verify x-crm-signature and create the Stripe subscription with the deal UUID in metadata.
Verify the Stripe-Signature header on each event, keep the Stripe IDs through externalRef/api-upsert, then call payment/api-create with the cardUuid from metadata or task/api-create.

Questions and answers
Does Krokul integrate with Stripe Billing?
Yes. Krokul integrates with Stripe Billing through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato and through its API and webhooks, for subscriptions, renewal invoices, failed payments and cancellations.
How is this page different from the Stripe page?
The Stripe page covers one-off payment links and Checkout from a deal. This page covers recurring subscriptions and the invoices Stripe Billing issues each period.
Who sends renewal invoices to the client?
Stripe. Stripe Billing issues and collects the invoice for each period, and Krokul records the payment on the deal without issuing a second invoice for the same period.
Prices, invoices to the customer, card retries, the customer portal and tax stay in Stripe. A client company has one billing owner, so Krokul issues no period invoices of its own for a client billed by Stripe Billing.
