Files and documents + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM has Google Drive, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel built in, and integrates with OneDrive and SharePoint, with Dropbox and with Box. Each deal gets a folder in the storage you choose, every invoice, quote or contract issued in Krokul lands there as a PDF, and files your team adds to the folder appear on the deal as links.

What your team gets

One folder per deal, filled by Krokul

The deal folder appears in Google Drive, a SharePoint library or Dropbox, and Krokul keeps its ID, so renaming the deal does not break the link. Each issued document and each new version is saved there as a PDF under its number.

A file saved by a colleague shows up on the deal

An engineer drops a drawing into the deal folder on SharePoint or Dropbox. The storage notifies Krokul, and the file appears in the deal attachments with its name. A Dropbox file request lets the client upload into the same folder without an account.

Spreadsheets in and out

A team moving in pastes a Google Sheets link or uploads an Excel workbook to the migration wizard and checks a dry run first. A dashboard widget exported to Google Sheets refreshes on a schedule, and a connected Excel table on SharePoint gains a row for every payment recorded in Krokul.

What to know

File contents, versions and sharing stay in the storage service. Krokul keeps links, and SharePoint, Drive, Dropbox or Box decide who opens a file. Google Drive access covers only what Krokul creates or a user picks.

Questions and answers

Does Krokul copy my files into its own storage?

No. Krokul writes its own documents to your storage and keeps links to the files there, which keep their sharing settings.

Can I use a SharePoint site instead of a personal drive?

Yes. You pick the site and document library when you connect, so deal folders belong to the whole team.

Does a Google Sheets import keep the sheet in sync?

No. The import moves the data once. Row-by-row flows use the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato.
