Yes. Google Drive is built into Krokul CRM and holds the deal documents. Every deal gets a Drive folder, and each invoice, quote or contract you issue in Krokul is saved there as a PDF. Files you pick from Drive attach as links, and a document also opens as a Google Doc for editing.
Built inPart of Krokul itself, for example Gmail, Google Drive or the Claude connector. You turn it on in the product.
Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.
A deal gets its folder inside the Krokul CRM folder in Google Drive the first time a document is saved or someone opens its Drive tab. The link sits in the attachments, and every colleague with access to the deal opens the same one.
Every issued document is saved as a PDF
When a manager issues an invoice or signs off a contract, Krokul renders the printed form to PDF and saves it in the deal folder with the document number in the file name. A new version adds a new file and keeps the earlier one, so the folder shows what the client received and when.
Attach a file from Drive
A colleague keeps drawings in a project folder. In the deal, the Drive picker shows that person’s files, and the chosen one attaches to the deal as a link with its title. Google grants Krokul access to that file only.
A printed form becomes a Google Doc
From the document card you export the printed form into Google Docs to edit wording with the client. A second export opens the same Doc; a new version appears only when you ask for it.

Questions and answers
Does Krokul CRM integrate with Google Drive?
Yes. Drive is built in. Each deal has a folder, issued documents are saved there as PDF, and you attach Drive files to deals with the Drive picker.
Can Krokul see all files in my Drive?
No. Krokul uses the Google permission for files it created and files you choose in the picker. The rest of your Drive stays closed to it.
Who owns the deal folder?
The person whose Drive holds it. That person shares the folder with clients or colleagues through Google Drive sharing; Krokul never makes a folder public.
What happens when a document gets a new version?
Krokul saves a new PDF next to the previous one, so both versions stay in the deal folder.
Krokul works only with files it creates and files you pick in the Drive picker. The rest of your Drive stays closed to it, and sharing a folder with a client is done in Google Drive.
