OneDrive and SharePoint + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with OneDrive and SharePoint. Each deal gets a folder in the document library you choose. Every invoice, quote or contract issued in Krokul is saved there as a PDF, and files your team adds to the folder appear in the deal as links. The flows run through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or through Microsoft Graph with the Krokul API and webhooks.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

A SharePoint folder for every deal

When a deal is created, the connector creates a folder named after its number and client in the document library of the sales site, with an organisation sharing link. The folder link sits in the attachments, and Krokul stores the folder id with the deal, so a rename keeps the link.

Issued documents land in the folder as PDF

An invoice or contract issued in Krokul is rendered to PDF and uploaded to the deal folder with the document number in the file name. A new version of the document adds a new file, so the library keeps the full history of what the client received.

Files saved in the folder appear on the deal

An engineer saves a drawing into the deal folder from the SharePoint site or a synced OneDrive folder. Microsoft Graph notifies Krokul about the change in the drive, and the new file appears in the deal attachments with its name and author.

A client register in a SharePoint list

Accounting keeps a client list in SharePoint. With the Krokul app in Zapier, the trigger Company Created and the SharePoint action Create List Item add each new client company with its tax number and manager, without giving accounting a CRM seat.

How to connect today

Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

  1. Sign the Krokul app in with an API key, and connect a Microsoft work account on the OneDrive or SharePoint side.
  2. For deal folders, the Krokul trigger Deal Created runs Create Folder and then Create Sharing Link, and the link goes back to the deal as a file link.
  3. Pair Company Created with the SharePoint action Create List Item, or the SharePoint trigger New List Item with the Krokul action Create Deal.
  4. New File in Folder on the deal folder can add a file link to the deal in Krokul.

Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

  1. Create a Krokul API key with scopes for deals, documents and files.
  2. Subscribe a webhook to card.created and document.created, and validate x-crm-signature with your secret before acting.
  3. Create the deal folder through Microsoft Graph, save its driveItem id on the deal with externalRef/api-upsert and add the sharing link with file/api-create.
  4. Follow drive changes with a Graph subscription and a delta query, and add each new file in the folder to the deal through file/api-create.
