Dropbox + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Dropbox. Each client company and deal gets its own Dropbox folder, documents issued in Krokul are saved there as PDF, and files added to the folder appear on the deal card as links. Your Dropbox sharing rules stay in charge of who opens the files. It runs through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or through the Krokul API and webhooks.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

Folders follow the client and the deal

When a client company appears in Krokul, the connector creates its Dropbox folder under the root you chose, and each new deal gets a subfolder with its name. Krokul stores the Dropbox ID on the record, so renaming the deal or moving the folder does not break the link.

Issued documents land in the deal folder

An invoice, act or contract issued in Krokul is saved as a PDF file in the deal folder in Dropbox, under its number. The document in Krokul links to that file, and the accountant finds all its papers in one folder.

A new file in the folder shows up on the deal

When someone drops a drawing or a signed scan into the deal folder, Dropbox notifies Krokul, and the connector adds it to the deal as a link with its file name. The delivery team opens the newest drawings and scans from the card.

The client uploads through a file request

From the deal card, the manager creates a Dropbox file request for its folder. The client uploads without a Dropbox account, and each upload appears on the deal like any other file in the folder.

Does Krokul integrate with Dropbox?

Yes. Krokul integrates with Dropbox through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks.

No. Krokul writes its own documents to Dropbox and keeps links to files in your folders. The files stay in Dropbox with their sharing settings.

Which Krokul records can hold a Dropbox file?

A deal, a contact, a client company, a product or a document. Each link belongs to one of them.
