Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Zoom Phone. Each Zoom Phone call is written to the contact and the open deal with its direction, length and recording, a missed call or voicemail turns into a call-back task, and a click on a number in Krokul dials it from the Zoom app. The Krokul app in Zapier, Make or Albato runs these flows, and the Krokul API with webhooks covers custom ones.
Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.
The Zoom desktop app can open a web address when an external call comes in, with the caller number in the %E variable. Pointed at the Krokul search by phone, it shows the contact, the client company and the open deal before the agent picks up.
A finished call lands in the deal feed
When a call ends, Zoom Phone sends phone.callee_ended for inbound calls or phone.caller_ended for outbound ones, then a call element event with the final duration and result. Krokul finds the contact by number and writes one call record to its feed and to the open deal. Repeated deliveries create no twins.
Missed calls and voicemails become tasks
The event phone.callee_missed means nobody answered. Krokul opens a call-back task for the manager of that contact, due the same day. When phone.voicemail_received follows, its link joins the same task.
Recordings and AI summaries reach the deal
phone.recording_completed tells Krokul that a recording is ready and carries its download address. The call record on the deal gets a player for it. Where the account uses AI call summaries, the summary arrives as a note under the same call, so the manager reads the outcome without replaying it.
Click to call and shared contacts
Phone numbers in Krokul open as tel links, and the Zoom app dials from the user line. New Krokul contacts become Zoom Phone external contacts, so agents see a name on the incoming screen.

How to connect today
Krokul app in Zapier, Make or Albato
Connect the Krokul app with a Krokul API key and Zoom with a user who holds a Zoom Phone licence.
In Zapier, start from New Phone Call Ended Event or New Phone Call Voice Mail Received Event and use the Krokul search Find Contact, then Add Activity or Create Task.
In Make, Watch Phone Calls feeds the same Krokul steps. In Albato, start from Missed call or Call recording is completed.
Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks
Create a Krokul API key with scopes for contacts, activities and tasks.
In your Zoom developer app, subscribe to phone.callee_ended, phone.callee_missed, phone.voicemail_received and phone.recording_completed, and answer the endpoint.url_validation challenge.
For each event, check x-zm-signature, find the person with contact/api-find by phone, write the call with activity/api-create and store the call ID through externalRef/api-upsert.
Subscribe a Krokul webhook to contact.created, verify x-crm-signature, and add the person to Zoom Phone with POST /phone/external_contacts.

Questions and answers
Does Krokul integrate with Zoom Phone?
Yes. Krokul integrates with Zoom Phone through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make and Albato, and through its API and webhooks. Calls, recordings, voicemails and missed calls land on the contact and the deal.
Which Zoom Phone event logs the call?
phone.callee_ended for inbound calls and phone.caller_ended for outbound calls. Duration and result come with the call element event that follows, and the recording link arrives later with phone.recording_completed.
Can managers call clients from Krokul through Zoom Phone?
Yes. Krokul shows numbers as tel links, and the Zoom desktop app places the call when it is the default calling app. The finished call returns to the deal.
Is this page about Zoom meetings too?
No. This page covers Zoom Phone calls, SMS and voicemail. Zoom meetings created from Krokul tasks have their own page.
Zoom Phone stays the phone system. Numbers, call queues, auto receptionists, recording policy and licences are managed in the Zoom admin portal. Recording and voicemail files stay in Zoom, and Krokul keeps a link to them.
