Krokul CRM integrates with Aircall, RingCentral, Dialpad, Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Phone, UniTalk, Phonet, Binotel and Ringostat. Every call appears on the contact and the open deal with its direction, length and recording. Missed calls and voicemails become call-back tasks. A click on a phone number in Krokul dials it through your phone system. Other phone providers connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.
When a call ends, the phone system reports the number, the agent and the talk time. Krokul finds the contact by phone and writes a call record on it and on the open deal, with a player for the recording. A colleague who picks up the client company tomorrow hears the last conversation before dialling.
A call that ends unanswered, or a voicemail, creates a task for the manager of that contact with the number and the time in the title. An unknown number goes to the person on duty, and Krokul fires task.created, so a team chat can post the call-back right away.
While the phone rings, Aircall shows an Insights Card from Krokul with the contact, the client company and the open deal. Contacts created in Krokul fire contact.created and reach the address book of the phone system, so agents see who is calling.
Numbers, routing, queues, the agent app and billing for minutes live in the phone system. Recordings remain in the storage of the provider, and Krokul plays them through your connection.
No. The audio stays with the phone provider. Krokul keeps the recording on the call record and plays it from there, including recordings that need a sign-in.
Yes, when an admin connects the account. Krokul matches each user or extension of the phone system to a Krokul user and logs their calls on the right deals.
If the provider sends an event when a call ends, the Krokul app in an automation platform or a custom receiver of the API writes that call to Krokul as a call record.
