Shopify + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM connects to Shopify natively. Every store order becomes a deal whose lines are matched to the Krokul catalog by SKU, stock and prices from Krokul go to the store, and the fulfillment with its tracking number goes back to the Shopify order. Customers, B2B companies and abandoned checkouts arrive in Krokul too.

  • NativeA connector built into Krokul. You connect it in the Marketplace with a key or by signing in to the service, and no code is needed.
  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

A store order arrives as a deal with catalog lines

When a buyer places an Order, Shopify fires orders/create. Krokul finds the contact by e-mail or phone, opens a deal in the pipeline you picked and matches each line item to a Krokul product by its SKU. The deal carries the order currency and total, the lines reserve stock in Krokul, and the Shopify order ID stays on the deal as its external key.

Stock and prices flow from Krokul to the store

Krokul holds the warehouse balance and the price list. When stock moves or a price changes in Krokul, the connector updates the inventory level of the matching Shopify variant at the location you mapped, and the variant price. The store stops selling items the warehouse no longer has.

Fulfillment and tracking go back to the Shopify order

When the shipment of a deal gets a tracking number in Krokul, the connector creates a Fulfillment on the Shopify order with the carrier and the tracking code. Shopify then shows the order as fulfilled and can notify the buyer. Paid and refunded orders update the payment on the deal through orders/paid and refunds/create.

Abandoned checkouts become follow-up deals

A Checkout that the buyer started and did not finish arrives as a deal marked as an abandoned cart, with its lines and total. If the same Checkout later turns into an Order, Krokul closes the abandoned deal and keeps the order deal, so the sales manager calls only buyers who left without an order.

Shopify B2B companies become client companies

A Company created in Shopify B2B arrives through companies/create as a client company in Krokul, with its locations and contacts. A client company signed by your sales team can go the other way and appear in Shopify as a Company, so the trade buyer orders online under the same terms.

How to connect today

Native connector in the Marketplace

  1. In Krokul, open the Marketplace, choose Shopify and enter your myshopify.com address. Shopify asks you to install the Krokul app and approve its access to orders, products, inventory, customers and fulfillments.
  2. Pick the pipeline and source for orders, the person responsible and the Shopify location that mirrors your Krokul warehouse.
  3. Choose what syncs: orders, abandoned checkouts, customers, companies, stock, prices, fulfillments. Krokul matches products by SKU and lists the SKUs it could not find.

Questions and answers

Do Shopify order lines link to products in Krokul?

Yes. Krokul matches each line item to a product by SKU, so the deal reserves real stock. Lines with an unknown SKU stay on the deal as text lines and appear in the sync journal.

Which side owns stock levels?

Krokul. The connector writes the Krokul balance to the Shopify location you mapped, so you keep one warehouse figure.

Does the deal keep the order currency?

Yes. The deal gets the currency of the Shopify order, and Krokul converts it with its own rates for reports in your main currency.

Limits

Storefront content, themes, discounts and Shopify Payments payouts stay in Shopify. Krokul keeps the buyer, the deal, the stock that backs the order and the shipment.
