Amazon + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Amazon Seller Central. Each Amazon order lands as a deal in a pipeline for marketplace sales, with lines matched to the Krokul catalog by seller SKU. Krokul sends available quantities to your listings and confirms the shipment with its tracking number when the deal ships. You build the link with the Krokul app in Zapier or Make, or with the Krokul API and webhooks next to the Selling Partner API.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

Amazon orders in their own pipeline

Amazon sends an ORDER_CHANGE notification when an order is created or its status changes. The Krokul connector reads it with its items, opens a deal in the marketplace pipeline with the Amazon order ID as the external key, and links each item to the Krokul product with the same seller SKU. Amazon volume sits next to your direct B2B deals in the same reports.

Listing quantities follow Krokul stock

Krokul keeps the stock for orders you ship yourself. When the balance changes, the connector updates the quantity of the matching seller SKU in your listings, so Amazon stops selling what the warehouse no longer holds.

Shipment confirmation from the deal

When the deal for an Amazon order ships with a carrier and tracking number, Krokul sends the shipment confirmation to Amazon. The Order changes to shipped in Seller Central, and the team does not retype tracking codes.

Canceled orders close the deal

A canceled Order arrives through the same ORDER_CHANGE notification. Krokul closes the deal as lost with the reason canceled by the marketplace and releases the reserved stock.

How to connect today

Krokul app in Zapier or Make

  1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
  2. Pair the Amazon Seller Central trigger New Order with the Krokul action Create Deal, so each order opens a deal in the marketplace pipeline.
  3. Add the Krokul action Create Task to the same flow when someone should check every large order.

Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

  1. Create a Krokul API key with scopes for deals and tasks, and let your worker read ORDER_CHANGE notifications from Amazon SQS or EventBridge.
  2. For each new Amazon order, open the deal with card/api-create and attach the Amazon order ID to it through externalRef/api-upsert.
  3. Subscribe a Krokul webhook to card.statusChanged with a filter on the shipped stage. Verify the x-crm-signature header, then send the shipment confirmation with the tracking number to Amazon.

Questions and answers

What does Amazon require before the connection works?

A seller account in Seller Central and your authorization of the Krokul app. Amazon reviews developer profiles, and access to buyer details depends on the roles Amazon grants.

Why can an Amazon deal show no buyer name?

Amazon treats buyer names and addresses as restricted data. Without the matching role, the deal carries the order ID, items and total, and the buyer stays anonymous.

Does Krokul touch Fulfillment by Amazon stock?

No. FBA inventory belongs to Amazon warehouses. Krokul sends quantities only for seller SKUs you fulfill yourself.

Can Amazon notifications go straight to a Krokul URL?

No. Amazon delivers them to Amazon SQS or EventBridge. The Krokul connector reads them from there.

Limits

Selling Partner API access needs an approved developer profile, and buyer names and addresses count as restricted data that Amazon releases only to approved roles. Listings content, advertising and Fulfillment by Amazon stock stay in Seller Central.
