Google Calendar + Krokul CRM

Yes. Google Calendar is built into Krokul CRM with a two-way exchange. Your Krokul tasks appear as events in your Google Calendar, and a new time, a done mark or a deleted event comes back to the task. A meeting you book in Google with a client contact appears on that contact and the open deal.

  • Built inPart of Krokul itself, for example Gmail, Google Drive or the Claude connector. You turn it on in the product.
  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

Tasks sit next to your meetings

Krokul places your tasks from a week back to a month ahead in your primary Google Calendar. A task with a time becomes a 30-minute event, and one for a whole day becomes an all-day entry in the company time zone. The description links back to the deal.

Drag the event, and the deadline follows

You move an event to Thursday in Google Calendar on your phone. Google notifies Krokul about the changed event, Krokul moves the task deadline and its reminder, and the deal timeline notes that the change came from Google Calendar. When both sides changed, the later change wins.

Done or cancelled from the calendar

Google Calendar has no done status, so Krokul reads a check mark at the start of the title as done and removes the entry. A deleted event cancels the task, which stays in Krokul with a note in the timeline.

A client meeting booked in Google lands on the deal

A manager books a call in Google Calendar and invites a client. Krokul finds the attendee among contacts, adds the meeting to the contact and to the open deal, and creates a follow-up task for the next day after the event ends.

How to connect today

Built-in calendar

  1. In Krokul open Settings, then My Google, and connect Google.
  2. In the Calendar row press Add access. Google asks a separate consent to edit events; Krokul does not ask to manage your calendars.
  3. Turn on the two-way exchange and choose whether client meetings booked in Google are added to deals. Sync now runs the exchange at once.

Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

  1. For a shared team or booking calendar, use the Krokul trigger Task Created with the Google Calendar action Create Detailed Event.
  2. To log meetings from a calendar outside your own account, use the Google Calendar trigger New Event with the Krokul action Add Activity.

Questions and answers

Does Krokul CRM sync with Google Calendar both ways?

Yes, for your tasks. Krokul creates the events, and a new time, a check mark in the title or a deleted event updates the task. Client meetings booked in Google are added to deals.

Whose calendar does Krokul write to?

Your own. Every user connects a personal Google account, and Krokul places only that user’s tasks in that user’s calendar.

How fast does a change in Google reach Krokul?

Google Calendar sends a push notification when an event changes, and Krokul applies it within moments. A periodic exchange runs as a backup.

What if a task changed in both places?

The later change wins, and the deal timeline marks the change that came from Google.

Limits

Each user exchanges a personal calendar, and Krokul writes only events it created or meetings with known contacts. Private events without client attendees stay in Google Calendar and never reach the CRM.
