Microsoft Copilot + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Microsoft Copilot through its MCP server at https://app.krokul.com/mcp. You add the server to an agent in Copilot Studio, and the agent uses Krokul tools for deals, contacts, tasks and reports. Published to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, the agent asks each colleague to sign in to Krokul and acts with that person's role.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.
  • On requestThe service has no open interface to connect to yet. Tell us what should move between the two systems, and we will say how we can close it.

What your team gets

A sales agent in Teams answers money questions

A finance colleague asks the Krokul agent in Teams which clients are overdue this month. Copilot calls the Krokul tool client_company_read_debtors with that person's sign-in and lists the overdue invoices by client company. A sales manager asks next. With the agent role in Krokul, that answer covers only the manager's own clients.

Notes after a Teams meeting go to the deal

Right after a client meeting, you tell the agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot what was agreed. The agent finds the deal with card_read_list, saves the summary as a comment with activity_create and books the follow-up with task_create for the date you named. The comment appears in the deal feed.

A pipeline review before the Monday call

The tools report_conversion and report_stage_duration return conversion between stages and the average days a deal spends in each. Copilot compares them with last month and drafts three talking points for the sales meeting. The figures come from the Krokul server.

A bulk change checked before it runs

You ask the agent to move every stalled deal of a departed manager to a colleague. Each Krokul write tool accepts the flag dryRun, so Copilot first shows the request card_bulk_update would send. Nothing changes until you confirm.

How to connect today

Krokul as an MCP server in Copilot Studio

  1. Open your agent in Copilot Studio, go to Tools, select Add a tool, then New tool and Model Context Protocol.
  2. Enter Krokul as the Server name, a short Server description such as deals, contacts, tasks and reports of your company, and https://app.krokul.com/mcp as the Server URL.
  3. Choose OAuth 2.0 with the type Dynamic discovery and select Create. Copilot Studio registers itself with Krokul.
  4. On Add tool, select Create a new connection, sign in to Krokul, choose the company and clear the permissions the agent does not need. Then select Add to agent.
  5. Publish the agent and add the Teams and Microsoft Copilot channel, so colleagues reach it in Teams and in Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

  1. For an agent that works without a person, create a Krokul API key with read scopes for the data it needs.
  2. In the MCP wizard, choose API key, the type Header and the header name x-api-key. The same address https://app.krokul.com/mcp then serves the key holder.
  3. To push events into your Microsoft flows, subscribe a webhook to card.won or invoice.paid with webhook/api-upsert and check the x-crm-signature header of every delivery.

Questions and answers

Can Microsoft Copilot work with Krokul?

Yes. Add https://app.krokul.com/mcp to a Copilot Studio agent as a Model Context Protocol tool with OAuth 2.0, and the agent uses Krokul tools inside Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Does every colleague see the same Krokul data through the agent?

No. With OAuth each person signs in to Krokul separately, and Krokul checks that person's role on every call. An agent role sees its own deals only.

Can the Copilot agent delete Krokul records?

No. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund tools are not offered over MCP. The agent creates and updates records within the permissions you approved.

Does Copilot Studio see new Krokul tools automatically?

Yes. Copilot Studio reads the tool list from the MCP server, and tools added or removed in Krokul appear or disappear in the agent without a new setup.

Limits

Copilot Studio uses MCP with generative orchestration turned on, and your Power Platform data policies govern the MCP connection like any other connector. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund stay with people in the Krokul interface. One connection covers one Krokul company.
