Yes. Krokul CRM runs an MCP server at https://app.krokul.com/mcp, and ChatGPT connects to it as a custom MCP server. You sign in to Krokul once, approve the permissions, and ChatGPT then answers questions about your deals, debtors and reports and records follow-ups in Krokul with your own role.
Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

You ask ChatGPT who owes the most and since when. It calls the Krokul tool client_company_read_debtors, groups the overdue invoices by client company and suggests which client to call first. Every number comes from Krokul records.
A call summary that lands on the deal
After a call you paste your notes into the chat. ChatGPT finds the deal with card_read_list, writes a short summary as a comment with activity_create and sets the next step with task_create. Each write call waits for your approval before it runs.
A check before a bulk change
You ask ChatGPT to move all stalled deals of one manager to another stage. Every Krokul write tool accepts the flag dryRun, so ChatGPT first shows the exact request Krokul would run and writes nothing until you agree.
Text work inside an automation
Outside the chat, the Krokul app in Zapier sends a new deal to the ChatGPT action Analyze Text, and the Krokul action Add Comment stores the three-line summary on the deal. The same pattern works with Extract Structured Data for messy contact details.

Questions and answers
Can I connect Krokul to ChatGPT?
Yes. Add https://app.krokul.com/mcp as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT and sign in with your Krokul account. ChatGPT then sees the Krokul tools your role and your approved permissions allow.
Does ChatGPT see all my Krokul data?
No. Krokul checks your role in the company on every call. An agent role sees its own deals, and if an admin lowers your role or removes you, the connection narrows or stops with the next call.
Can ChatGPT delete records in Krokul?
No. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund tools are not offered over MCP. ChatGPT can create and update records if you approved write permissions.
How do I revoke access?
In Krokul, open your profile and revoke ChatGPT in the connected apps block. The next call from ChatGPT fails, and ChatGPT asks you to sign in again.
ChatGPT acts in one Krokul company per connection. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund stay with people in the Krokul interface, and the availability of custom MCP servers in ChatGPT follows the plan and the policies of your ChatGPT workspace.
