Notion + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Notion. A won deal adds an item to your Notion projects database, every client company gets its own page, and a Status property on a task item stays matched with the Krokul task. You set it up with the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or with Notion webhooks and the Krokul API.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

A delivery database fed by won deals

When a deal reaches a won stage, the connector creates an item in the Notion data source you mapped, such as Projects. Properties carry the deal title, client company, amount, manager and a link to the deal. Delivery plans the work in Notion from the first hour, and the item keeps its link to Krokul.

One Page per client company

A new client company in Krokul gets a Page under your Clients page, built from a short template with sections for context, meetings and decisions. Contacts and money stay in Krokul, while the account notes live where the team already writes.

A Status property and a Krokul task that agree

A Krokul task for delivery becomes an item in your tasks database. Setting its Status property to the value you mapped as done closes the task in Krokul, and closing it in Krokul updates the property. The account manager sees in the deal what is finished.

Comments that sales should read

A Comment on a client Page or a linked item reaches the deal feed in Krokul when it passes your filter, for example comments that mention the client. Routine remarks stay in Notion.

Questions and answers

Does Krokul CRM integrate with Notion?

Yes. Krokul integrates with Notion through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks.

Does Notion send webhooks?

Yes. Notion integration webhooks report events on pages, data sources and comments. Each delivery holds IDs and is signed with the verification token of the subscription.

Why does a database not show up for Krokul?

Notion shows a page or database to an integration only after it is shared with that connection. Share it, then pick it again in your flow.

Do deal amounts change if someone edits them in Notion?

No. Amounts and stages are owned by Krokul and flow one way into Notion. From Notion, task status and comments come back.

Limits

Notion keeps the plan, meeting notes and the knowledge around a client. Amounts, documents and payments stay in Krokul, and Notion gets the summary fields you choose to map.
