ClickUp + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with ClickUp. A won deal creates a List for the client with its first tasks, task statuses stay matched with Krokul tasks, and every time entry lands as hours on the client project. You set it up through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or build your own flow on the Krokul API and webhooks.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

A List per client after the deal is won

The deal reaches a won stage, and the connector creates a List in the Folder mapped to that pipeline. The List takes the deal name, and a kickoff Task with the contact and due date goes in first. Delivery starts from a ready structure the moment sales closes.

Statuses that mean the same thing on both sides

You map ClickUp statuses to Krokul task statuses once, for example “complete” to done. A delivery task created in Krokul appears in ClickUp, and a change on either side updates the other. The account manager sees in the deal whether the work is still open.

Time entries draw down the support package

A support package in Krokul is a project with a monthly hours budget. Each Time Entry on a linked task arrives as a row of hours with the date and the person, and an edited entry updates the row. At month end Krokul drafts the act of work, with overage on a separate line.

Comments the client should hear about

A Comment on a linked task can reach the deal feed when it passes the filter you set, for example comments that tag the client. Other comments stay in ClickUp.

How to connect today

Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

  1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
  2. Start from the Krokul trigger Deal Won and run the ClickUp actions Create List and Create Task.
  3. In the other direction, use the ClickUp trigger New Time Entry or Task Changes with a Krokul action such as Log Project Hours or Update Task.

Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

  1. Give your service a Krokul API key scoped to deals, tasks and projects.
  2. Subscribe to card.won with webhook/api-upsert and confirm each delivery through its x-crm-signature header before you act on it.
  3. Create the List and the kickoff Task through the ClickUp API, then tie the ClickUp task ID to the Krokul task with externalRef/api-upsert.
  4. Register a ClickUp webhook for taskStatusUpdated and taskTimeTrackedUpdated. Resolve the ClickUp ID back to Krokul and call task/api-updateStatus or project/api-logHours.

Questions and answers

Can I connect ClickUp to Krokul CRM?

Yes. Krokul integrates with ClickUp through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks.

Will time tracked in ClickUp show up in Krokul?

Yes. Each time entry on a linked task becomes hours on the client project, and Krokul shows what is left of the budget. One row holds up to 24 hours.

Do custom ClickUp statuses work?

Yes. You map every ClickUp status you use to one of the Krokul task statuses, and the connector follows that map in both directions.

Does a ClickUp status move the deal in the pipeline?

No. ClickUp statuses drive tasks. Deal stages stay a sales decision in Krokul.

Limits

Spaces, Folders, custom statuses and the team workload view stay in ClickUp. Krokul owns the client record, the deal and the hours that turn into an act of work and an invoice.
