Finmap + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM sends deal payment plans to the Finmap payment calendar as expected income. When a manager changes the amount or the due date, the plan in Finmap updates on its own, and a paid or deleted plan leaves the calendar.

  • NativeA connector built into Krokul. You connect it in the Marketplace with a key or by signing in to the service, and no code is needed.

What your team gets

A deal payment plan becomes income in the calendar

A manager adds an expected payment with a due date to the deal. Krokul creates an income operation in Finmap on the due date for the amount still to be paid, on the account you chose when connecting. The finance person sees the expected money in the payment calendar without opening the CRM.

A new amount or due date updates the plan

The client asked to move the payment, and the manager changed the due date on the deal. Krokul finds its operation in Finmap by its own identifier and moves it to the new date. The amount updates the same way when the deal value changes.

A partial payment leaves the balance in the calendar

The client paid half. Krokul reduces the plan in Finmap to the amount still to be received, and the calendar shows exactly that. When the plan is paid in full, Krokul removes it from the calendar.

An overdue plan moves to tomorrow

A past date in Finmap would mean money already received. So an overdue plan moves to the next day every day with an «overdue since» note and the due date. The finance person sees the debt in the calendar until the client pays or the manager removes the plan.

How to connect today

Connection (native, no code)

  1. In Finmap, open «Settings» → «API» and create a key. The API is available on a plan with API access.
  2. In Krokul, open «Marketplace» → «Finmap», name the connection and click «Connect».
  3. In the connection settings, paste the API key, the Finmap account ID and the currency of that account. The income category is optional.
  4. The first send transfers all open payment plans. After that, Krokul sends changes every 10 minutes, and the send log is on the connection page.

Questions and answers

Will a plan in a currency other than the account currency reach Finmap?

No. Krokul sends only plans in the currency of the account chosen when connecting. For a plan in another currency, the connection log shows the reason.

What happens to the plan in Finmap when the client pays?

Krokul deletes a paid plan from the Finmap calendar. If the payment is partial, the plan stays for the balance.

Does Krokul read actual operations from Finmap?

No. The connection is outgoing, so Krokul only writes expected income to Finmap. Actual receipts reach Krokul from the bank or are entered on the deal.

What if Finmap refuses?

The Finmap refusal text is in the send log on the connection page. Most often it is a key without API access or an account that is missing in the Finmap workspace.

Limits

The connection works in one direction. Krokul writes expected income to Finmap and reads nothing from Finmap, so actual Finmap operations do not reach Krokul. A Finmap plan with API access is required.
