Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through the Business Central API v2.0. Client companies become customers, quotes and won deals become sales quotes and sales orders, and posted sales invoices and customer payments return to the deal in Krokul. The Krokul app in Zapier and Make, together with the Krokul API and webhooks, carries the data.
Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.
A client company created in Krokul becomes a Business Central customer with the name, tax registration number and address. The connector subscribes to changes on customers, so an address corrected in Business Central comes back to Krokul about half a minute later.
Quote and order trail in the ERP
A quote issued in Krokul becomes a Business Central sales quote, and the won deal becomes a sales order for the same customer with the agreed lines. Warehouse staff ship from Business Central, and the bound action shipAndInvoice posts the invoice there.
Posted invoice reported to sales
The connector holds a webhook subscription on salesInvoices. When an invoice is posted, Business Central notifies Krokul, the connector reads the invoice and shows its number and status on the deal.
Customer payment closes the debt
Payments posted through customerPaymentJournals reach Krokul the same way. Each payment becomes a payment fact on the matching invoice, and the client company debt in Krokul follows Business Central.
Subscriptions renewed in the background
Business Central subscriptions expire after three days. The connector renews them in time and answers the validation handshake with the validationToken, so customer, invoice and payment updates keep arriving without manual steps.

How to connect today
Krokul app in Zapier or Make
Connect the Krokul app with a Krokul API key.
In Make, start from the Business Central trigger Watch Records and finish with a Krokul action such as Create Task.
On Zapier, the Business Central app has no triggers, so flows start from Krokul triggers such as Deal Won and end with Create a Record or API Request (Beta).
Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks
Create a Krokul API key covering client companies, deals, documents and payments, and register an app in Microsoft Entra ID with access to Business Central.
Subscribe to clientCompany.created and card.won through webhook/api-upsert, and reject any delivery whose x-crm-signature header does not match your secret.
Create the customer and the sales order through API v2.0, then store the Business Central IDs on the Krokul records with externalRef/api-upsert.
Add Business Central subscriptions on salesInvoices and customerPaymentJournals, answer the validationToken handshake, renew them before three days pass, and post each payment to payment/api-create with the cardUuid of the deal.
