Krokul CRM integrates with PartnerStack, impact.com and Crossbeam. A won deal with a partner key becomes a customer credited to that partner, each payment recorded on the deal becomes a transaction that rewards are based on, and deals that partners register arrive in your Krokul pipeline with a partner source. Crossbeam reads your client companies for account mapping, and overlaps with partners come back to the client company. Other partner platforms connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.
The partner key sits on the deal or the client company from the first day. When the deal is won, Krokul fires card.won and creates the customer on the platform with that key, the client e-mail and the Krokul client company as the customer key, so the platform credits the right partner.
Each payment recorded in Krokul fires payment.received, and the connector creates a transaction for the same customer with the amount and currency in the format the platform expects. The partner platform applies its offers to those transactions, so a reward appears only after the money has arrived.
A deal registered by a partner opens in the pipeline you chose, with the platform deal key stored as an external key. When the manager closes it, card.won or card.lost updates the deal on the platform, and the partner reads the result in their portal.
Offers, reward rules, partner accounts and payouts stay on the partner platform, and partner matching with its sharing settings stays in Crossbeam. Krokul keeps the sales side and sends who bought and how much was paid.
