Automation platforms + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM has its own app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato. Eleven Krokul events start a workflow as instant triggers, actions create or update Krokul records from client companies to payments and project hours, and searches find a contact by e-mail or phone, a company by EDRPOU, a deal or a document. You connect the app once with a Krokul API key.

What your team gets

A won deal starts work in other apps

The Krokul trigger for card.won fires the moment a deal is won, filtered by pipeline and stage. The next steps open a project in a task tracker or post the amount to a team chat, and Add Comment writes the result back into the deal feed.

Records from other apps without duplicates

A workflow starts from an order in a shop app or a row in a spreadsheet. The Krokul search finds the contact by e-mail or phone first, the deal is created only when nothing matches, and the action Save External Key stores the outside ID, so the next run updates the same Krokul record.

A transfer marks the invoice paid

A payment app reports a transfer. The search finds the invoice by number, Record Payment adds the payment fact to its deal, and Krokul fires payment.received and then invoice.paid once the invoice is covered, which another workflow picks up to ship the order.

What to know

Where Krokul has a native connector for a service, the connector in the Marketplace handles the two-way sync, mapping and journal for you. The platform app suits flows that join Krokul with services without a connector, or rules your team wants to shape itself. Each platform runs on its own plan limits, and each workflow runs one way, so a round trip takes two.

Questions and answers

Which Krokul events can start a workflow?

Deal created, stage changed, won and lost; contact created and merged; client company created; task created; document created; invoice paid; payment received. Each of the eleven can start one.

Should I use a native connector or a platform?

Use the native connector when Krokul has one for the service, since it keeps both sides in sync with a journal. Use a platform to reach any other app or to add your own branching.
