Team chat + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat. You bind a channel to each pipeline, and Krokul posts won deals, stage moves and payments there as formatted messages or Adaptive Cards. Their buttons approve or decline a deal in Krokul, and a message action turns any chat message into a Krokul task.

What your team gets

Each pipeline posts to its own channel

A won deal in the projects pipeline posts the client, amount and manager to the projects channel with a button that opens the deal. Payments and invoices paid in full go to the finance channel, and a refund updates the same message. Replies under each post keep the discussion of that deal together.

Approval without opening the CRM

A deal reaches a stage that needs the sales head. The message in the approvals channel shows price and discount with Approve and Decline. A click moves the deal, writes who decided to its timeline and refreshes the message, so nobody decides twice.

From a chat message to a task

A colleague writes that a client wants a call back on Friday. The Create Krokul task action opens a short form with the message text, and the task keeps a link to the conversation. Searching a deal by client name inserts its summary into the chat.

What to know

The chat carries the conversation around a deal; the deal record, documents and money stay in Krokul. A chat user acts in Krokul only after linking a Krokul account and only with that account rights, and a workspace or tenant administrator decides whether the app is allowed.

Questions and answers

Can I paste an incoming webhook URL of my chat into Krokul?

There is no need. Incoming webhooks expect a ready message, while the native app writes the message itself and picks the channel by pipeline.

How do I keep a sales channel quiet enough to read?

Choose the events per channel and bind channels to pipelines, so lost deals can go to the sales head and payments to finance.

Do we need an administrator to install the app?

Once. A Slack workspace admin or a Teams tenant admin allows the Krokul app, and then any team can add it.
