ZoomInfo + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with ZoomInfo. Every new client company and contact is enriched with the attributes you chose, the values go to Krokul custom fields, and older records are refreshed in batches. The link runs through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make or n8n, which also turns ZoomInfo intent signals into tasks, or through the Krokul API and webhooks next to the ZoomInfo Data API.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

A client company is profiled on the day it appears

When a client company is created in Krokul, the connector sends its name and website to the ZoomInfo company enrich request. Industry, employee range and the other attributes you mapped fill its custom fields, and the ZoomInfo ID is stored as its external key. The account manager opens a complete card before the first call.

A new contact gets a confirmed job title

A contact created from a form or a mailbox goes to the ZoomInfo contact enrich request by e-mail. The job title and the attributes your package includes go to the Krokul contact. A seller sees whether the person signs contracts or uses the product before the meeting.

Technologies become a filter for campaigns

The company technology data from ZoomInfo is stored in a filterable custom field of the client company. A marketer filters client companies by a technology and builds a segment for an upgrade offer, without a spreadsheet in between.

Older records are refreshed in groups

The ZoomInfo Data API accepts up to 25 records per enrich request. The connector groups client companies that have not been refreshed for the period you set and sends them together, so a database of thousands of companies is refreshed batch by batch on that schedule.

An intent signal becomes a task

The ZoomInfo trigger New Intent starts a flow in Zapier, Make or n8n. The Krokul app finds the client company by its ZoomInfo ID and creates a task for its manager to reach out while the research topic is active.

Questions and answers

Does Krokul integrate with ZoomInfo?

Yes. Krokul integrates with ZoomInfo through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make and n8n, and through its API and webhooks.

What ZoomInfo access do I need?

A ZoomInfo account with API access. Enterprise customers create an app in the ZoomInfo Developer Portal, self-serve customers use the Developer tab in GTM.ai. ZoomInfo states that test tokens also consume credits.

How do older records stay current?

The connector refreshes client companies in groups of up to 25 per request on the period you choose, and a manager can refresh one company from its card at any time.

Where does ZoomInfo data live in Krokul?

In custom fields that you map on the client company and contact. The name and e-mail your team entered stay unchanged, and the ZoomInfo ID is kept as an external key.

Limits

The fields ZoomInfo returns depend on your ZoomInfo package, and some actions, such as company technologies, need a higher ZoomInfo plan. Prospecting and search stay in ZoomInfo; Krokul keeps the companies and people you already work with.
