Krokul CRM integrates with ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro. A contract won in Krokul opens the customer, the service address and the job in the field service system. Crews work from there. Estimates written on site, completed jobs, invoices and payments come back to the deal, so the sales team sees contract value and receivables for each client company. Other field service tools connect through the Krokul app in Zapier and Make and through the Krokul API.
When a deal is won in a service pipeline, Krokul fires card.won, finds or creates the customer in the field service system and books the job at the site address. The job ID is stored on the deal as an external key, so every later event lands on the right deal.
Technicians price extra work during visits. Each new estimate or quote opens a deal in Krokul for the same client company, and an approved one moves the deal to won. The account manager sees the upsell the day it is found.
Invoices created in the field arrive as invoice documents on the deal, and each payment taken by card or bank transfer becomes a Krokul payment. Overdue amounts show in the debtor list and the DSO report.
