YouControl + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with YouControl through the YouScore API. By EDRPOU code, Krokul fills in the company card with data from the Unified State Register, shows the VAT payer status, tax debt and the express risk analysis, and writes register changes to the company feed. The manager sees the risks before sending an invoice.

  • Via API and webhooksYou connect it with the Krokul app in an automation platform, the public API and signed webhooks. The page lists the steps for this service.

What your team gets

Details from the register by EDRPOU code

A manager enters the code in a new company. Krokul checks the checksum and calls /v1/usr/{contractorCode}. The full name, address, KVED business activity, registration state and date fill in the card. The invoice can be printed at once, with no manual check of the details.

An express analysis before the first deal

For a new company, Krokul requests /v1/expressAnalysis/{contractorCode} and shows the YouControl risk markers on the card. If tax debt is among them, Krokul adds the data from /v1/taxDebt. The head of sales decides on prepayment while the deal is still at the proposal stage.

VAT payer status on the invoice

Before an invoice is created, Krokul checks /v1/vat/{contractorCode} and /v1/singleTax/{contractorCode}. The company card shows whether the company pays VAT or the single tax, and the accountant sees it before issuing a document with VAT.

Register changes reach the feed

For companies with open deals, Krokul reads /v1/history/{contractorCode} on a schedule. A new change, such as a different address or name, appears as an entry in the company feed. The owner gets a notification.

The financial state of a large client

For a company with a large deal volume, the manager opens the tab with the FinScore rating from /v1/financialScoring. Krokul shows the rating by year, and the team takes it into account when agreeing a payment deferral.

How to connect today

Your own flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

  1. Get a YouScore API key from YouControl and add the IP address of your server to the allowed list. In Krokul, issue an API key with scopes to read and write companies.
  2. Subscribe a Krokul webhook to clientCompany.created and check the x-crm-signature header of every delivery.
  3. On the event, call /v1/usr/{contractorCode} and /v1/expressAnalysis/{contractorCode} with the EDRPOU code, and write the result to the card through clientCompany/api-update. A 202 response means YouScore is updating the data, and the request has to be repeated later.
  4. On a schedule, read /v1/history/{contractorCode} for companies with open deals and add each change to the feed through activity/api-create.
