M.E.Doc + Krokul CRM

Yes, on request. Krokul CRM connects to M.E.Doc through the «Integration» module of M.E.Doc itself. Invoices, service acts and delivery notes from deals reach the accountant in M.E.Doc together with company details, with no retyping. The setup is made for your version of the program.

What your team gets

The invoice and the act reach the accountant

The «Integration» module page lists the invoice, the service act and the delivery note among primary documents. When a manager creates one of them on a deal, Krokul sends the document.created event, and a handler on the M.E.Doc side picks the document up with its lines and passes it to the module. The accountant sees a ready document in M.E.Doc.

A counterparty without retyping the details

The company card in Krokul holds the legal name, EDRPOU code, IBAN and VAT payer status. With the first document, these details go to the M.E.Doc counterparty directory, and the accountant does not type them again from the invoice.

An invoice payment as a signal for accounting

The invoice.paid event arrives once, when payments cover the invoice amount in Krokul. For the accountant, this is the moment to prepare the primary document for sending from M.E.Doc. M.E.Doc itself then builds and signs it.

How to connect today

How the setup on request works

  1. Ask your M.E.Doc supplier whether the «Integration» module is connected and how it accepts documents in your version of the program.
  2. Write to us through the form on this page: which documents to pass, how often, and who maintains your M.E.Doc.
  3. In Krokul, create an API key with read access to documents and companies and a subscription to the document.created or invoice.paid webhook.
  4. The developer who maintains M.E.Doc installs a handler next to the program. It receives the event, reads the document through the Krokul API and passes it to the module.

Questions and answers

Does Krokul work with M.E.Doc?

Yes, on request. Documents and details from Krokul reach M.E.Doc through the M.E.Doc «Integration» module, and the setup is made for your version of the program.

Why can M.E.Doc not be connected to Krokul with one key?

M.E.Doc accepts data from accounting systems through a module that runs next to the program installed on a computer. So the connection is set up on the side of your M.E.Doc.

How much does the M.E.Doc Integration module cost?

The module page on medoc.ua gives a price from 1500 UAH per year. Your M.E.Doc supplier gives the exact terms for your version.

Does Krokul file reports through M.E.Doc?

No. The accountant prepares reports in M.E.Doc. Krokul passes the primary documents and counterparty details the accountant works from.

Limits

M.E.Doc accepts data from accounting systems only through the «Integration» module, which runs next to the installed program, so there is no separate one-key connection here. The accountant prepares and files tax and regulatory reports in M.E.Doc, and Krokul runs sales and primary documents.

M.E.Doc is a trademark of its owner. Krokul is not affiliated with M.E.Doc.
