# A forty-line order in a minute, not half an hour

Catalog on top, deal below. The rep searches, scans or pastes the client’s list, and items land in the deal at once with the client’s price, order multiple and free stock in view.

**In short.** Krokul is a B2B CRM with a full-screen product picker for deals: catalog category tree, search by name, SKU and barcode, scanner, pasting a “SKU qty” list with recognition, variants grouped under the parent product, alternatives and related items, “Bought by this client” with repeat order, available stock, price per the client’s terms and order multiples. The bottom table is the deal itself, not a cart.

**Who it’s for:** wholesale and distribution with a large catalog; manufacturers selling to dealers; integrators selling hardware.

**Plan:** Available on all plans; available stock and warehouses start with the Margin plan, $399/month

## What it looks like without Krokul

1. A dealer sends an order as a spreadsheet or a message, and the rep looks up every SKU separately and types line items into the deal one by one.
2. A product has ten size and color variants, and they get lost among hundreds of rows in the general list.
3. An item gets added, and only then it turns out it’s out of stock, the price is wrong, or the supplier only ships in cases of six.

## What Krokul does

### Catalog on top, deal below

The window opens straight from a card on the board, from a row in the deals list or from the deal. Category tree on the left, catalog in the center, the deal’s line items with the total at the bottom. What you add shows up right where it will be sent to the client.

### The client’s list in one paste

The rep pastes “SKU qty” lines, Krokul recognizes the products, shows what was found and what wasn’t, and adds the matches to the deal in one action. Products can also be found by name, SKU, barcode or scanner.

### Stock, price and multiples in plain sight

Each catalog row shows available stock and the price for this particular client. “+” adds quantity in steps of the order multiple, and clicking the number lets you type an exact quantity.

### Variants, alternatives and what the client already bought

Variants are collapsed under the parent product, and a product with “size × color” axes opens as a grid where you type quantities straight into the cells. Alternatives, related products and accessories open from the row. A separate “Bought by this client” node shows past purchases, and a past order can be repeated.

### The same picker in any document

Quotes, invoices, completion certificates, contracts, delivery notes, returns and purchase orders are all built in the same window. A return only takes items from its own sale and won’t let you return more than was sold. A purchase order shows the supplier’s products, the supplier’s SKU and the purchase price.

## How it works

1. **Open the window from the deal** The “Deal items” button on the board card or “Picker” in the deal card. The window header reminds you of the client, the total and the margin.
2. **Find or paste** A category in the tree, search, scanner or a pasted list; the “In stock only”, “Brand” and “Tags” filters narrow the catalog.
3. **Set the quantity** “− N +” in the row or a number from the keyboard; a quantity that isn’t a multiple of the supply step is highlighted.
4. **Save** “Save”, and the items are in the deal; quotes, invoices and delivery notes are created from it.

## Result

- An order from the client’s list is built with one paste, not typed line by line.
- Reps don’t promise what isn’t there: available stock is visible the moment an item is added.
- Price and multiples follow the client’s and supplier’s terms, with no checking in a separate spreadsheet.

## What’s not included

Line items can be edited in the window only while the document is a draft: an issued document is changed with a new version (contracts are the exception). The purchase order window shows purchase prices, so it opens only for administrators and managers. The variant grid appears only for a product whose variants have axes defined.

## Questions

### Where does the picker open from?

From a deal card on the board (the “Deal items” button), from the row menu in the deals list, and from the deal card itself (the “Picker” button or Alt+P).

### How do I add products from a list the client sent?

Click “Paste list”, paste the “SKU qty” lines and click “Recognize”. Krokul shows the rows it found and didn’t find and adds the matches to the deal in one action.

### Why does “+” add more than one unit?

If the product has an order multiple or a minimum batch set, “+” adds quantity in steps of that multiple. You can type an exact quantity by clicking the number.

### Can I see what’s out of stock?

Yes: each catalog row shows available stock net of other deals’ reservations, and the “In stock only” filter hides what isn’t there. Stock levels and warehouses come with the Margin plan.

### Does the picker work in an invoice or a purchase order?

Yes. On the “Line items” tab of the document card there is a “Picker” button: the same window, only with the document’s line items at the bottom. The price depends on the document type: for a client, per their terms; in a return, from the sale; in a purchase order, the purchase price.

### Can I change the products in a deal that’s already closed?

Yes, the window works for won and lost deals too: closing locks the exchange rate, not the line items.

## Build your first order from the catalog

Import your catalog from a spreadsheet, open a deal, and paste the list the client sent you last time into the Picker.

The picker works on all plans; warehouse stock levels come with Margin.
