A transaction is every new deal, document or payment recorded in Krokul. Contacts, tasks, hours and stage moves don’t count. On Deals the limit stops new records from being created; on paid plans overage is billed per transaction and work never stops.

Migration from another system, setup and customization for your company are billed separately from the plan: a partner charges for them as their own services.

Pay yearly and get two months free. An upgrade applies immediately, a downgrade from next month. Prices exclude VAT.

## When the included volume isn’t enough

On paid plans there are three options when you have more transactions than your plan includes.

- **Pay per transaction**. Each transaction over the limit costs $0.15 on Money, $0.08 on Margin or $0.05 on Scale. Work never stops.
- **Prepaid pack** — +2,000 transactions per month for $100. that is $0.05 instead of $0.08. Buy it monthly or yearly.

Settings show how many transactions you have used this month. The system warns you a week before you hit the limit.

## Pricing questions

### What is a transaction?

A transaction is every new record in the deal chain: a deal created, a document of any type created (quote, contract, invoice, delivery note, completion certificate, return) and a payment recorded. Contacts, client companies, tasks, hours, comments, emails, moving a deal between stages and editing existing records never count.

### Is there really no per-user fee?

Yes, on every plan. Invite engineers, your accountant, warehouse staff, dealers and partners — the price stays the same. Roles define who sees what.

### Why does Deals have no invoices?

The free plan is for selling: contacts, deals, quotes. Invoices and payments come with Money. Deals has no time limit.

### What happens when I exceed the included volume?

On Deals, new deals and quotes can’t be created until the first day of next month; reading, editing and tasks keep working. On paid plans nothing stops: each additional transaction costs $0.15 on Money, $0.08 on Margin or $0.05 on Scale. If you consistently have more transactions, a pack or the next plan costs less.

### Can I run several companies?

Yes, on Scale: several legal entities in one account, documents issued on behalf of each, a roll-up across a group of companies; transactions are counted together. On other plans an account runs one company.

### How much does the assistant cost?

It is included in your plan: 30 messages per month on Deals, 500 on Money, 1,500 on Margin, 3,200 on Scale.

### Is there a yearly discount?

Yes: pay yearly and get two months free. Implementation partners receive 25% of the client’s subscription for as long as they serve the client — the client’s price does not depend on it.

### How long does launch take, and do I need an implementation partner?

You launch your own company yourself from one question about your business type: the pipeline, stages and document templates are set up right away. A certified partner can take on data migration, accounting integration or complex rules — the partner bills their services to you directly, at their own price.

### What happens to my data if we leave?

The data is yours on every plan: contacts, deals and documents export to Google Sheets, Docs and vCard, and the public API returns everything that is in the interface.
