# Zoom Webinars + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Zoom Webinars. Every person who registers for your webinar appears in Krokul as a contact with a company and a deal, and after the session Krokul marks who attended, for how long, what they asked and how they voted. Managers can also register a client for a webinar straight from the deal. Teams connect it through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make or Albato, or through the Krokul API and webhooks.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, Albato.

## What your team gets

### Registration opens a contact and a deal

Zoom sends webinar.registration_created with the registrant email, name, organization, job title, phone and the answers to custom questions. Krokul finds the contact by email, links the client company from org and opens a deal in the webinar pipeline. Purchasing time frame and role in the purchase process go to custom deal fields. The owner sees the buying timeline early.

### A manager invites a client from the deal

A customer asks about the new release. The manager picks the upcoming webinar on the deal, and Krokul adds the contact as a registrant through the Zoom API. Zoom returns a personal join_url, which Krokul keeps on the deal for the reminder email.

### After the session, attendance reaches each deal

On webinar.ended Krokul reads the past webinar participants with join time, leave time and duration. Each attendee gets an activity "Attended webinar" with the minutes watched, and the deal moves to the stage for warm contacts. Absentees from the same webinar get a task to send the recording.

### Questions and poll answers become follow-ups

Krokul reads the Q&A and poll results of the past webinar. A question typed during the session lands as a comment on the deal of the person who asked it, together with a task for the owner. A poll answer such as "Ready to talk to sales" moves that deal forward.

### For integrators

Zoom delivers webinar events to a Zoom app with an event subscription, validates the endpoint with a challenge and signs each request with HMAC-SHA256. Past webinar endpoints need granular scopes such as webinar:read:list_absentees and webinar:read:past_qa. On the Krokul side, externalRef ties the Zoom registrant ID to the deal, signed Krokul webhooks carry deal changes back to your code, and a sandbox company takes test registrations.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul integrate with Zoom Webinars?

Yes. Krokul integrates with Zoom Webinars through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make and Albato, and through its API and webhooks. Registrants, attendance, questions and polls reach the deal.

### How is this different from the Zoom meetings integration?

The Zoom meetings page covers a call created from a task. Zoom Webinars covers one-to-many sessions, with registrants arriving as new contacts and attendance used for follow-up.

### Does a person who registers for three webinars get three deals?

No. Krokul keeps one contact and adds each registration as an activity. A new deal opens only when the contact has no open deal in the webinar pipeline.

### Do recordings move into Krokul?

No. Recordings stay in Zoom. Krokul records attendance, and the absentee task carries the link you choose to send.

## Limits

Panelists, the webinar room, recordings and the registration page stay in Zoom. Zoom hides guest email addresses in some API responses under its email display rules, so a participant who joined without signing in is matched by the registrant record.
