# WooCommerce + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM has a native WooCommerce connector. Each new order in your WordPress shop becomes a Krokul deal with lines matched to the catalog by SKU. Krokul writes stock quantities and prices back to WooCommerce products, and once the deal ships, the order status moves to completed with a tracking note. Store customers become Krokul contacts.

**Status:** Native, Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### A WooCommerce order opens a deal that reserves stock

The order.created webhook brings the billing details, the currency and each line item with its SKU. Krokul matches the buyer to a contact, opens a deal titled with the WooCommerce order number and links every line to a Krokul product with the same SKU. The reserved quantity leaves the free stock at once, so a sales manager selling by phone sees what is really left.

### Krokul stock and prices update the product in the shop

When stock moves in Krokul or the price list changes, the connector writes stock_quantity and regular_price to the WooCommerce product or variation with the same SKU. A wholesale buyer who orders online sees the same availability as your sales team.

### A shipped deal completes the WooCommerce order

When the deal reaches the shipped stage and its shipment has a tracking number, Krokul sets the WooCommerce order status to completed and adds an Order Note with the carrier and the tracking code. WooCommerce sends its usual completed-order e-mail to the buyer.

### Status changes in the shop reach the deal

The order.updated webhook tells Krokul when shop staff cancel or refund an Order. Krokul moves the deal to the matching stage, releases the reserve and records the refund on the deal payment.

## How to connect today

### Native connector in the Marketplace

1. In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and create a key with Read/Write permission.
2. In the Krokul Marketplace, choose WooCommerce, enter the shop address and paste the consumer key and secret. Krokul registers its own webhooks in the shop.
3. Set the pipeline, source and responsible person for orders, then choose what syncs: orders, customers, stock, prices, status back to the shop.
4. Run the test. The sync journal lists each order with its WooCommerce ID, the deal it opened, SKUs that found no product and a retry button for failed records.

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
2. Pair a WooCommerce trigger such as Subscription or Order Note with a Krokul action such as Create Task or Add Comment.
3. Run Krokul trigger Invoice Paid into the WooCommerce action Update Order to mark B2B orders paid by bank transfer.

**Triggers:** Order; Customer; Product; Order Note; Subscription.

**Actions:** Update Order; Create Order Note; Update Product Stock Quantity; Create Customer; Update Customer.

### For integrators

Krokul checks X-WC-Webhook-Signature, a base64 HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, and reads the event from X-WC-Webhook-Topic. WooCommerce disables a webhook after more than five failed deliveries in a row, so the Krokul journal shows a disabled hook as an error. For custom work there is the Krokul REST API, signed outgoing webhooks, external keys for order and product IDs, and a sandbox company.

## Questions and answers

### Do I need a WordPress plugin for the WooCommerce connector?

No. The connector uses the WooCommerce REST API key and webhooks that come with WooCommerce itself.

### How does Krokul match WooCommerce products?

By SKU. Simple products and variations with the same SKU as a Krokul product get stock and price updates. Items without a match are listed in the sync journal.

### Is the billing company saved as a client company?

Yes, when the billing company field is filled. Krokul links the contact to that client company, and the next order of the same buyer goes to the same company.

### What if an order is refunded in WooCommerce?

The refund arrives through order.updated. Krokul records it on the deal payment, releases the reserve and moves the deal to the stage you mapped for refunds.

## Limits

Coupons, taxes, the checkout page and plugins of your WordPress site stay in WooCommerce. Krokul runs the sales side, which covers the buyer, the deal, stock and the shipment.
