# Wise Business + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Wise Business through the Wise API and webhooks, with the access your company grants. Money credited to a Wise balance reaches Krokul, which matches it to an open line of the payment plan and records it as received on the deal. In n8n and Make, the Krokul app works next to the Wise apps of those platforms.

## What your team gets

### A balance credit closes the matching payment plan line

Wise sends `balances#update` when a balance account is credited. The Krokul connector reads the credit from the Wise API, looks for an open payment plan line with the same amount and currency, and records a payment fact against it. The deal shows the money, and `payment.received` fires for other systems.

### A credit with no single match waits for the accountant

When two lines match, or none, Krokul does not guess. The credit appears in the payments register as unmatched, with the Wise amount, currency and date, and a task goes to the accountant. One wrong match would show a debt as paid, so a person picks the line.

### Wise account details print on the invoice

The Wise receiving account of your company is a bank account in Krokul. The manager chooses it on the invoice, the printed invoice shows those details, and the client transfer arrives on the Wise balance the connector watches.

### Statement lines close several plans at once

The accountant can also work from the Wise statement. In the payments register they select the matching payment plan lines and post them as received in one action. Each line becomes a payment fact with the chosen date. Already closed ones are reported and skipped.

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in n8n or Make

1. In n8n, start from the Wise Trigger for a credited balance account and add the Krokul app with a Krokul API key.
2. Use the Krokul search for open payment plans and the action Record Payment, or Create Task when nothing matches.
3. Make lists a Wise app built by a community developer; the Krokul side is the same.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. In Wise Business, create an API token under Your Account → Connect and manage apps → API tokens, and in Krokul issue an API key with scopes for payments and tasks.
2. Subscribe your bridge to the Wise `balances#update` webhook and read the credit details from the Wise API, since the payload itself carries no personal data.
3. Fetch open lines with `payment/api-readList` and the `openPlans` flag, then close the single match with `payment/api-create`, passing the `cardUuid` of the deal and the `planUuid` of the line.
4. When nothing matches or several lines do, call `task/api-create` for the accountant. Other systems learn about each recorded credit from the signed Krokul webhook `payment.received`.

Wise sends `balances#update` on every credit or debit of a balance and `transfers#state-change` when a transfer moves between states. Wise webhook payloads carry no personal data, so a bridge reads the details from the Wise API before it matches. In the Krokul API, `payment/api-readList` with the `openPlans` flag set to true returns open lines, and `payment/api-create` with a `planUuid` closes one; signed Krokul webhooks report the result.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul connect to my Wise account directly?

Krokul connects through the Wise API with a token your company creates in Wise Business. It sees the balances and events that token allows and nothing else, and you can revoke the token in Wise at any time.

### How does Krokul know which deal a Wise credit pays?

It compares the amount and currency with open payment plan lines. One match is recorded at once; zero or several matches go to the accountant.

### Which automation platforms carry both Wise and Krokul?

n8n has a Wise node with a trigger, and Make lists a community Wise app. The Krokul app works with both, and the Krokul API covers any other bridge.

### Can Krokul send payouts through Wise?

No. Krokul records money that came in and the refunds against it. Transfers are made in Wise.

## Limits

Krokul does not log in to your bank and does not send transfers or payouts; those stay in Wise. Wise documents that personal API tokens of EU and UK accounts cannot read balance statements through the API.
