# Rozetka Delivery + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Rozetka Delivery through the carrier API. A manager creates an express waybill from the deal card, Krokul takes the recipient from the contact, returns the waybill number, cost and delivery date, and updates the parcel status on the deal by itself. The warehouse handles the label, the handover register and returns in the same place.

### An express waybill from the deal card

A manager opens the deal and picks the city and branch from the /api/city and /api/department directories. Krokul sends POST /api/track with the deal number in the visible_id field, the delivery type, the number of places, the weight and the dimensions. The reply brings track_id, shipping_cost and delivery_date, and the waybill number appears in the deal shipment and in its feed.

### Cash on delivery closes the payment

For payment on receipt, the manager enters the amount, and Krokul passes it in the cost field of the waybill. The recipient pays this amount at the pickup point, and the declared value goes to insurance_cost. When the waybill reaches the delivered status, Krokul records an actual payment on the deal, and the `payment.received` event goes to accounting.

### Parcel status without calls to the warehouse

On a schedule, Krokul requests /api/track/status for the list of active waybills and maps the codes to groups from /api/track/status-group. Each change appears in the deal feed. Delivery moves the deal to the next stage by a company rule, and polling for that waybill stops.

### An uncollected parcel, storage or return

When the storage period of a waybill runs out, Krokul creates a task for the owner with the deal and the waybill number. The manager calls the client and extends storage in one click through /api/track/extend-expiration-date/{id}. If the client refuses, Krokul arranges a return through POST /api/track/return while the waybill status allows it.

## How to connect today

### Your own flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. Sign a contract with Rozetka Delivery, log in to the API through POST /api/auth/login and create a static partner token with POST /api/partner/static-token.
2. In Krokul, create an API key with scopes for deals and contacts, and subscribe a webhook to `card.won` or `card.statusChanged` filtered by stage. Check the `x-crm-signature` header with your secret.
3. On the event, read the deal and the contact through `card/api-read` and create a waybill with POST /api/track, with the deal number in visible_id.
4. Store track_id on the deal through `externalRef/api-upsert`, and write the statuses from /api/track/status to the deal feed through `activity/api-create`.

### For integrators

The Rozetka Delivery API works with a bearer token that lives 72 hours from the last call, and for server flows the carrier issues a static partner token. The Content-Language header returns directories in Ukrainian or English. On the Krokul side there is a public API, signed webhooks with a delivery log and redelivery, the `externalRef` external key for the waybill number and a sandbox on a demo company.

### Can I create a Rozetka Delivery waybill right from the deal?

Yes. Krokul takes the recipient from the deal contact, creates an express waybill and shows the waybill number, cost and delivery date in the deal shipment.

### How does Krokul know that a Rozetka Delivery parcel is delivered?

Krokul reads the statuses of active waybills on a schedule by itself, because the carrier sends no events. The delivered status is recorded on the deal, and polling for that waybill stops.

### Does Rozetka Delivery cash on delivery work with a deal payment?

Yes. The amount from the deal goes to the cost field of the waybill, and after delivery Krokul records the payment as actual.

### What do I need to connect Rozetka Delivery to Krokul?

## Limits

Rozetka Delivery sends no status change events, so Krokul reads the statuses of active waybills on a schedule. When the recipient pays for an order at a Rozetka point, the carrier adds a fee of UAH 15 plus 1.5 % to the amount, and this fee stays a term of your contract with the carrier.
