# Prom.ua + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Prom.ua and fetches new orders from the seller account with an API token. An order becomes a deal with items from your catalog, and the buyer becomes a contact. The deal stage changes the order status in Prom, the waybill number from Krokul goes into the order, and buyer messages are visible in the contact feed.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks.

## What your team gets

### A Prom order as a deal with items

Every few minutes, Krokul reads /orders/list and creates a deal from each new order. Items are matched to the Krokul catalog by SKU, the price comes from the order, and the deal source is set to «Prom.ua». The order number becomes the external key of the deal, so a repeated poll creates no duplicate.

### The buyer is found by phone

Krokul checks the phone and email from the order against existing contacts. A returning buyer gets a new deal on the existing card. For a new buyer, Krokul reads the details with the /clients/{id} method and creates a contact.

### The deal stage changes the status in Prom

A manager moves the deal to another stage, and Krokul calls /orders/set_status with the matching Prom status. You map stages to statuses in the connection settings from the /order_status_options/list of your account.

### The waybill number goes into the order

When a Nova Poshta waybill is created for the deal, Krokul passes its number to Prom with the /delivery/save_declaration_id method. The buyer sees the shipment number in the Prom order while the parcel is on the way, and the manager does not enter it twice.

### Buyer messages next to the deal

Krokul fetches new messages with the /messages/list method and writes them to the contact feed. A manager reply from Krokul goes to the buyer through /messages/reply.

## How to connect today

### Your own flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. In the Prom account, open Settings → API token management and create a token with rights for orders, clients and messages.
2. In Krokul, create an API key with scopes for deals and contacts. Look up the buyer from an order through `contact/api-find` by phone or email, and add a new one through `contact/api-create`.
3. Record each new order from /orders/list as a deal through `card/api-create`, and keep the order number as the deal key through `externalRef/api-upsert`, so a repeated poll gives no duplicate.
4. Subscribe a webhook to `card.statusChanged` filtered by pipeline, and on each delivery with a verified `x-crm-signature`, call /orders/set_status in Prom.

### For integrators

The Prom API specification is open in the OpenAPI format, and a Prom token has rights per method. Deals from Prom go through Krokul the same way as deals created by hand. If a warehouse or accounting waits for a signal, the `card.statusChanged` event filtered by pipeline reaches them as a signed webhook. `externalRef/api-readList` reads the external key of an order.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul have a Prom.ua integration?

Yes. Krokul integrates with Prom.ua through its API and webhooks. Krokul turns Prom orders into deals with items, sends the status and the waybill number back to Prom and shows buyer messages in the contact feed.

### How fast does a Prom order appear in Krokul?

After the next poll, usually within a few minutes. Prom sends no webhooks, so Krokul checks the account itself and fetches everything that arrived after the previous request.

### Where do I get a Prom API token?

In the Prom account, under Settings → API token management → Create token. Prom reminds you 30 days and 7 days before the token expires.

### What happens if an item from a Prom order is not in the Krokul catalog?

The deal line is created with the name and price from the order, and the connection log gets a note about the unmatched SKU.

## Limits

Prom itself calls its public API a closed beta and sends no webhooks, so Krokul polls orders on a schedule. A token is valid for one year at most, and you renew it in the account before it expires.
