# Nova Poshta + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM creates a Nova Poshta express waybill from the deal card. The recipient, city, branch, weight and cash on delivery are filled in one form. The waybill number, cost and parcel status stay on the deal, and Krokul updates the status on its own.

## What your team gets

### A waybill without opening the carrier account

A manager opens the deal, clicks «Create waybill» and picks the city and branch from the Nova Poshta list. Krokul takes the recipient from the deal contact. After saving, the waybill number appears in the shipment and in the deal feed.

### Shipping cost before the waybill exists

Before the waybill is created, Krokul shows the cost and the estimated delivery date that the carrier calculates from the weight, declared value and branch. The manager sees what shipping costs and can add it as a line to the customer invoice.

### Cash on delivery from the deal amount

The waybill form takes a cash on delivery amount. Krokul passes it to the carrier as a money return delivery and notes in the deal feed that the waybill was created with cash on delivery. When the money arrives, the payment on the deal is closed.

### Labels and returns from the deal card

The manager prints the parcel label right from the shipment. If the customer refuses the parcel, Krokul creates a return waybill, links it to the same deal and records the reason in the feed.

### The whole team sees the parcel status

Krokul groups Nova Poshta statuses into six: created, in transit, arrived, received, refused, cancelled. The carrier status text is kept next to it as is. A manager does not need to ask the warehouse where the parcel is.

## How to connect today

### Connect (native, no code)

1. In the Nova Poshta account, open Settings → Security and create an API key.
2. In Krokul, open Marketplace → Nova Poshta and paste the key into the API key field.
3. Enter the sender city by name (for example, Kyiv) and the sender branch number. Krokul takes the sender and the contact person from your Nova Poshta account.
4. If needed, set who pays for delivery: the recipient (default) or you.
5. Open a deal and click «Create waybill».

### For integrators

Waybill creation, the city and branch directories and status updates are available in the Krokul public API, and the signal that an order is ready to ship comes from the `card.won` or `card.statusChanged` webhook filtered by pipeline or stage. The warehouse does not have to open Krokul. Your system gets the signal and returns the waybill number.

### Does Krokul integrate with Nova Poshta?

Yes. You enter the cash on delivery amount in the waybill form, and Krokul passes it to the carrier as a money return delivery. The deal feed shows that the payment was set.

### Does the integration work if the Nova Poshta account has several senders?

The integration works with one sender. If there are several, Krokul asks you to keep one, so that a waybill does not go out from another legal entity.
