# Notion + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Notion. A won deal adds an item to your Notion projects database, every client company gets its own page, and a Status property on a task item stays matched with the Krokul task. You set it up with the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or with Notion webhooks and the Krokul API.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### A delivery database fed by won deals

When a deal reaches a won stage, the connector creates an item in the Notion data source you mapped, such as Projects. Properties carry the deal title, client company, amount, manager and a link to the deal. Delivery plans the work in Notion from the first hour, and the item keeps its link to Krokul.

### One Page per client company

A new client company in Krokul gets a Page under your Clients page, built from a short template with sections for context, meetings and decisions. Contacts and money stay in Krokul, while the account notes live where the team already writes.

### A Status property and a Krokul task that agree

A Krokul task for delivery becomes an item in your tasks database. Setting its Status property to the value you mapped as done closes the task in Krokul, and closing it in Krokul updates the property. The account manager sees in the deal what is finished.

### Comments that sales should read

A Comment on a client Page or a linked item reaches the deal feed in Krokul when it passes your filter, for example comments that mention the client. Routine remarks stay in Notion.

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key, and share the target Notion database with the platform connection.
2. Pair the Krokul trigger Deal Won or Company Created with the Notion action Create Data Source Item or Create Page.
3. For the way back, start from Updated Properties in Data Source Item or New Comment and use a Krokul action such as Update Task or Create Comment.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. Make a Krokul API key with write scopes for tasks and activities and read scopes for deals and client companies.
2. Point a Krokul webhook at your service for card.won, clientCompany.created and task.created, and check x-crm-signature on each call.
3. Create the Notion item or Page through the Notion API, and keep its page ID on the Krokul record with externalRef/api-upsert.
4. Subscribe a Notion integration webhook to page and comment events, read the page by ID, then call task/api-updateStatus or activity/api-create in Krokul.

**Triggers:** New Data Source Item; Updated Properties in Data Source Item; Updated Content in Page; New Comment.

**Actions:** Create Data Source Item; Update Data Source Item; Create Page; Add Content to Page; Add Comment.

### For integrators

Notion integration webhooks are set up in the connection settings, confirmed with a one-time verification token and signed in the `X-Notion-Signature` header. Events such as `page.properties_updated` or `comment.created` carry only IDs, and some arrive aggregated, so a receiver reads the page from the Notion API before it writes to Krokul. Since API version 2025-09-03, tables are data sources. Krokul adds its public REST API, signed webhooks and a sandbox company.

Yes. Krokul integrates with Notion through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks.
