# Lusha + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Lusha. A new contact in Krokul is matched in Lusha and receives job title, work email, direct phone and LinkedIn URL in the fields you map, and a new client company gets industry, headcount and revenue range. Lusha signals about a promotion or a move to another company open a task for the account manager. The Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato runs enrichment, and the Krokul API with webhooks carries the signals.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### A new contact arrives with a full profile

A manager saves a contact with a name and a company domain, or only a work email. The connector sends it to Lusha Enrich Contacts and writes job title, email, direct phone and LinkedIn URL into the custom fields you chose. One contact is enriched once. A repeated save of the same card spends no second credit.

### Company data fills the client company card

When a client company appears in Krokul, its domain goes to Lusha Enrich Companies. Industry, location, employee count and revenue range land in the company fields, so segment rules and pipeline filters work from the first day without manual research.

### A promotion becomes a reason to call

Krokul subscribes enriched contacts to Lusha signals. A `promotion` signal brings the new title and the date of the change. Krokul updates the job title on the contact and creates a task for the account manager to congratulate the person and check whether their buying role changed.

### A champion moves to a new company

The `companyChange` signal reports that a known contact now works elsewhere, with the previous and current company. Krokul adds a comment to the old client company and opens a new deal for the new employer, assigned to the manager who knew the person.

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with a Krokul API key and Lusha with an API key from the Lusha dashboard.
2. Start from the Krokul trigger Contact Created and add the Lusha step Enrich Contacts, or Search and Enrich Contacts when you only have a name and a company.
3. Write the result back with the Krokul action Update Contact into your mapped fields.
4. Repeat the pattern with Company Created, Enrich Companies and Update Company for client companies.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. Issue a Krokul API key with scopes for contacts and client companies, and subscribe a Krokul webhook to contact.created and clientCompany.created.
2. Verify x-crm-signature, skip repeats by x-crm-delivery and call the Lusha enrich endpoint with the api_key header.
3. Save the Lusha ID with externalRef/api-upsert and write the fields with contact/api-update or clientCompany/api-update.
4. Create a Lusha subscription for the contact with POST /api/subscriptions, check X-Lusha-Signature on each signal and open the follow-up with task/api-create.

**Actions:** Enrich Contacts; Enrich Companies; Search and Enrich Contacts; Search and Enrich Companies; Get Contact Signals; Get Company Signals; Contact Lookalikes; Company Lookalikes; Prospect Contacts by ICP.

### For integrators

The Lusha API v3 lives at `api.lusha.com`, takes the key in the `api_key` header and accepts batches on every endpoint. Rate limits run per minute, hour and day, and each response reports what is left in `x-minute-requests-left` and the matching headers. Lusha signs signal deliveries with HMAC-SHA256, retries up to 3 times and charges each signal once, at first delivery.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul integrate with Lusha?

Yes. Krokul integrates with Lusha through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks. Contacts and client companies get Lusha data, and Lusha signals create tasks.

### Which Lusha signals reach Krokul?

For contacts, promotion and companyChange. For client companies, Krokul can subscribe to company signals such as headcount growth or a surge in hiring and post them to the company feed.

### Does a retried webhook spend Lusha credits twice?

No. Lusha charges a signal once, when it is first delivered, and Krokul skips repeated Krokul deliveries by x-crm-delivery before calling Lusha.

### Will Lusha data overwrite what my team typed?

Only in the fields you allow. Lusha values go into mapped custom fields, and the name, email and phone your team entered stay unless you choose otherwise.

## Limits

Lusha holds the data and the credit balance. Revealing emails and phone numbers spends Lusha credits, and a `402` response from Lusha means the balance is empty, so Krokul pauses enrichment until the account is topped up.
