# Jotform + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Jotform. Every new submission becomes a contact, a client company and a deal in Krokul, and each answer lands in the Krokul field that matches its question. You wire it up with the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato, or with the Krokul API and webhooks.

**Status:** Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### A distributor quote request becomes a deal

A distributor fills in your Jotform quote request. Jotform sends the submission to Krokul, and Krokul reads the name, phone, email, company and request text from rawRequest. The partner manager gets a deal with the request in its feed and the client company already linked.

### Each Jotform form routes to its own pipeline

Dealer applications, service requests and event sign-ups are different Jotform forms. In Krokul each form gets its own pipeline, source and owner, so a service request lands with the service team and a dealer application lands with the partner manager.

### A returning buyer keeps one history

When a known buyer sends another submission, Krokul matches the contact by phone or email and adds a new deal to the same contact. Earlier requests and their outcomes stay on the contact card, and the manager sees the buyer as a repeat client.

### Campaign tags from the form link

Jotform hidden fields can carry utm_source, utm_campaign and click IDs such as gclid from the page URL. Krokul stores them on the deal, so a submission from a paid campaign keeps its campaign until the deal is won or lost.

## What moves between Jotform and Krokul

| Jotform | Krokul | Direction | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Submission (rawRequest): name, phone, email | Contact, matched by phone or email | Jotform → Krokul | Each new submission |
| Submission: company field | Client company linked to the contact | Jotform → Krokul | Same submission |
| Form (formID) | Deal with the pipeline, source and owner set for the form | Jotform → Krokul | Each new submission |
| Hidden fields: utm tags, gclid | UTM tags and click ID on the deal | Jotform → Krokul | Same submission |
| Other answers and comments | First incoming message and custom deal fields | Jotform → Krokul | Same submission, by the field mapping |
| submissionID | External key on the deal | Jotform → Krokul | Stored once, used to skip repeat deliveries |

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
2. Start from the Jotform trigger New Submission and chain the Krokul actions Find Contact, Create Company and Create Deal, with a separate route per form.
3. The Jotform trigger New Signed Document can add a comment to the deal through the Krokul action Add Comment.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. Create a Krokul API key with write scopes for contacts, client companies and deals.
2. In Jotform, open Settings → Integrations → Webhooks on each form and enter the URL of your handler.
3. In the handler, decode rawRequest, look for the person with contact/api-find, then call contact/api-create, clientCompany/api-create and card/api-create as needed.
4. Save the Jotform submission ID on the new deal with externalRef/api-upsert, so a repeated delivery finds the deal it already made.

**Triggers:** New Submission; New Signed Document.

**Actions:** Assign Form; Assign Prefilled Form; Create Submission.

### For integrators

Jotform can call any URL you add under Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, and its help article reads the answers from the rawRequest value as JSON. If you prefer your own handler, decode rawRequest and call contact/api-find, card/api-create and externalRef/api-set in the Krokul API with a bearer key, passing the Jotform submission ID to the last one. Krokul webhooks are signed and keep a delivery log, and a sandbox company lets you test the whole route.

Yes. Krokul integrates with Jotform through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n and Albato, and through its API and webhooks.

### Does Krokul understand the rawRequest format?

Yes. Krokul opens rawRequest, reads each answer by its question and applies the field mapping you set for that form.

### Can one Jotform account feed several Krokul pipelines?

Yes. Each connected form has its own pipeline, source and owner in Krokul.

### Do changes in Krokul go back to Jotform?

No. Jotform collects the answers, and the sale continues in Krokul. Submissions travel one way, from Jotform to Krokul.

## Limits

Form building, payments collected inside Jotform and its PDF and signature tools stay in Jotform. Krokul takes the submitted data and runs the sale from there.
