# Housecall Pro + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM integrates with Housecall Pro. A deal won in Krokul creates the customer, the service address and the job in Housecall Pro with its line items. Estimate approvals, completed jobs and paid invoices from Housecall Pro come back to the deal, so account managers see what was done and what was paid for each client company.

## What your team gets

### Contract work arrives with line items

A builder orders appliance installation for a block of new apartments, and the manager marks the deal won. Krokul creates the Housecall Pro customer with the builder as the company, adds a customer address for the site, and creates a job with one line item per product on the deal. The job ID stays on the deal as an external key.

### Estimate options decide the deal

A technician offers two estimate options on site. The estimate.option.approval_status_changed event tells Krokul which option the client approved. Krokul updates the deal amount to that option and moves the deal to won. When every option is declined, the deal closes as lost.

### Field payments post to the deal

Invoices in Housecall Pro are paid by card on site or online. The invoice.paid event records a payment on the Krokul deal with the invoice number and amount, and invoice.refund.succeeded records a refund. Invoices that remain unpaid stay in the debtor list of the client company.

### Finished work reaches the manager

When job.completed arrives, Krokul moves the deal to the done stage and creates a task for the owner to request sign-off from the client. Repeat work is the next step.

## How to connect today

### Krokul app in Zapier or Make

1. Connect the Krokul app with a Krokul API key and Housecall Pro with an API key from an admin of a MAX account.
2. From the Krokul trigger Deal Won, run the Housecall Pro action Create Customer, then Create a Job in Make.
3. From the Housecall Pro trigger New Completed Job, run the Krokul actions Change Deal Stage and Create Task.
4. For estimate options and payments, use Watch Updated Estimates and List Job Invoices in Make with the Krokul action Create Payment.

### Custom flow through the Krokul API and webhooks

1. Generate a Full access API key in Housecall Pro and enable the Webhooks app with the Krokul receiver URL. Store the signing secret it returns.
2. Subscribe a Krokul webhook to card.won, verify x-crm-signature, read the deal with card/api-read and create the customer and the job through the Housecall Pro Public API.
3. Select the customer, estimate, job and invoice events, verify each delivery with the signing secret and find the Krokul record with externalRef/api-resolve.
4. Write changes with card/api-updateStatus, task/api-create and payment/api-create, and keep the Housecall Pro IDs with externalRef/api-upsert.

Housecall Pro signs webhook deliveries with the secret issued when the URL is saved, and the event set covers customers, estimates, jobs, appointments and invoices. API keys are full access or read-only, and each key opens all data of the account it belongs to. Krokul offers a public REST API, signed webhooks with a delivery log and redelivery, external keys for Housecall Pro customer, job and invoice IDs, and a sandbox company.

## Limits

Scheduling, dispatch, the mobile app for technicians and payment collection in the field stay in Housecall Pro. Housecall Pro opens its API and webhooks on the MAX plan, and only an account admin generates the API key.
