# Google Sheets + Krokul CRM

Yes. Google Sheets is built into Krokul CRM in both directions. The migration wizard imports clients, contacts and deals from a spreadsheet link, and any dashboard widget exports to a Google spreadsheet that Krokul refreshes on a schedule. Row-by-row flows run through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato.

**Status:** Built in, Via API and webhooks. **Automation platforms:** Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato.

## What your team gets

### Moving from a spreadsheet in one step

A team kept clients in a Google spreadsheet. In the migration wizard you paste the link to a sheet shared for viewing, map columns to client companies, contacts and deals, and run a dry run that lists every row it would create, skip or merge. The real import follows the same mapping.

### A report spreadsheet that stays current

On the dashboard, a widget such as revenue by manager exports to Google Sheets. For a saved widget you choose a refresh schedule, and Krokul rewrites the same spreadsheet every morning, so the link the finance team bookmarked always shows fresh numbers.

### A won deal adds a row to the sales log

The Krokul app trigger Deal Won passes the amount, client and manager to the Google Sheets action Create Spreadsheet Row. The shared sales log grows without anyone typing, and the same works with Payment Received for a cash log.

### A new spreadsheet row opens a deal

Partners send requests by filling a shared sheet. The Google Sheets trigger New Spreadsheet Row starts a flow with the Krokul search Find Contact and the action Create Deal, so each row becomes a deal in the right pipeline with the partner as the source.

## What moves between Google Sheets and Krokul

| Google Sheets | Krokul | Direction | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spreadsheet shared by link | Client companies, contacts, deals (migration wizard) | Google Sheets → Krokul | One-time import after a dry run |
| Spreadsheet with the widget data | Dashboard widget (report) | Krokul → Google Sheets | Export, then on the refresh schedule |
| Create Spreadsheet Row | Won deal or received payment | Krokul → Google Sheets | Krokul app trigger Deal Won or Payment Received |
| New Spreadsheet Row | Deal and contact | Google Sheets → Krokul | Google Sheets trigger in the Krokul app flow |

## How to connect today

### Import from a link

1. In Google Sheets, share the spreadsheet so anyone with the link can view it.
2. In Krokul start the migration wizard, choose Google Sheets and paste the link.
3. Map the columns, run the dry run, read the report and start the import.

### Report export

1. In Settings, My Google, connect Google and add Drive access. Sheets uses the same permission.
2. On the dashboard, export a saved widget to Google Sheets and set a refresh schedule.

### Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n or Albato

1. Connect the Krokul app with an API key.
2. Pair a Krokul trigger such as Deal Won with Create Spreadsheet Row, or a Sheets trigger such as New Spreadsheet Row with Create Deal.

**Triggers:** New Spreadsheet Row; New or Updated Spreadsheet Row; Updated Spreadsheet Row; New Worksheet.

**Actions:** Create Spreadsheet Row; Update Spreadsheet Row; Lookup Spreadsheet Row; Find or Create Row.

### For integrators

Report export asks Google only for access to files Krokul creates, so Krokul never reads a spreadsheet it did not make; the import reads a sheet only through the link you paste. Each export holds up to 5,000 report rows and says when it was shortened. For your own sync, store the row id on the Krokul record as an external key.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul CRM integrate with Google Sheets?

Yes. You import clients and deals from a spreadsheet link, export dashboard widgets to Google Sheets with scheduled refresh, and build row-level flows with the Krokul app.

### Can Krokul read any spreadsheet in my Google account?

No. The built-in access covers spreadsheets Krokul created. A sheet for import is read only through the link you paste in the wizard.

### How many rows can I import from a sheet?

Up to 20,000 rows per run. Larger sheets split into several runs with the same mapping.

### Does the import keep the sheet and Krokul in sync?

No. The import moves the data once. For ongoing row-by-row flows, use the Google Sheets triggers and actions with the Krokul app.

## Limits

An import is a one-time move with a dry run, and later edits in the sheet stay in the sheet. The report spreadsheet belongs to Krokul, which rewrites the exported range on every refresh. Keep your own formulas on a separate tab.
