# ChatGPT + Krokul CRM

Yes. Krokul CRM runs an MCP server at `https://app.krokul.com/mcp`, and ChatGPT connects to it as a custom MCP server. You sign in to Krokul once, approve the permissions, and ChatGPT then answers questions about your deals, debtors and reports and records follow-ups in Krokul with your own role.

### Krokul as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT

1. Open ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button and choose Add custom MCP server.
2. Enter the name Krokul and a short description. Under Connection, choose Public endpoint and enter `https://app.krokul.com/mcp`.
3. Choose OAuth for authentication, review the risk warning and continue, then select Create as a plugin.
4. ChatGPT opens the Krokul sign-in page. Sign in, choose the company and clear the permissions ChatGPT does not need.
5. Review the Krokul tools that ChatGPT discovered and turn Krokul on in a conversation.

### ChatGPT steps in automations

1. In Zapier, Make or n8n, start from a Krokul trigger such as Deal Created, add a ChatGPT (OpenAI) step and finish with a Krokul action such as Add Comment or Update Contact.

### For integrators

The Krokul MCP server speaks streamable HTTP and follows the MCP authorization flow with protected resource metadata, PKCE with S256, client ID metadata documents and dynamic registration. Tokens are bound to the `/mcp` resource. Each tool carries read-only and destructive annotations, and each call passes the same permission check, rate limit and call log as the public API. Headless agents can use a company API key in the `Authorization` header on the same address.

## Questions and answers

### Can I connect Krokul to ChatGPT?

Yes. Add `https://app.krokul.com/mcp` as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT and sign in with your Krokul account. ChatGPT then sees the Krokul tools your role and your approved permissions allow.

### Does ChatGPT see all my Krokul data?

No. Krokul checks your role in the company on every call. An agent role sees its own deals, and if an admin lowers your role or removes you, the connection narrows or stops with the next call.

### Can ChatGPT delete records in Krokul?

No. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund tools are not offered over MCP. ChatGPT can create and update records if you approved write permissions.

### How do I revoke access?

In Krokul, open your profile and revoke ChatGPT in the connected apps block. The next call from ChatGPT fails, and ChatGPT asks you to sign in again.

## Limits

ChatGPT acts in one Krokul company per connection. Remove, merge, cancel, archive and refund stay with people in the Krokul interface, and the availability of custom MCP servers in ChatGPT follows the plan and the policies of your ChatGPT workspace.
