# Registers and procurement (Ukraine) + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM integrates with Opendatabot, YouControl and ProZorro. As soon as a manager enters an EDRPOU code, Krokul checks its checksum and fills the client company card with data from the Unified State Register through Opendatabot. YouControl adds the VAT payer status, tax debt and an express risk analysis through the YouScore API. From the open ProZorro API, Krokul selects tenders by your DK021 codes and buyers and creates deals from them. Other registers and procurement platforms connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.

## What your team gets

### A client company card from the register

A new client company with an EDRPOU code fires `clientCompany.created`, and its card receives the legal name, address, director, line of business and registration status. If the company is being dissolved, Krokul warns the manager who creates a contract or an invoice for it.

### A tender as a deal with a deadline

A tender that fits your profile becomes a deal with its tenderID as the external key, and the buyer is linked to a client company by EDRPOU code. The bid deadline becomes a task for the owner with `task.created`. The procurement result closes the deal. If your EDRPOU code is among the winners, `card.won` fires, and a win by another bidder gives `card.lost` with the loss reason.

### Register changes before the next contract

Krokul puts client companies with open deals on monitoring in Opendatabot. A new director or address appears as an entry in the client company feed and as a notification to the owner before the next contract is signed.

## What to know

A bid is submitted through an authorised e-procurement platform, and Krokul reads public ProZorro data and runs the deal around the procurement. API access to Opendatabot is arranged with Opendatabot, and access to the YouScore API with its plan is arranged with YouControl. Opendatabot and ProZorro send no webhooks, so Krokul fetches changes by polling on a schedule.

## Questions and answers

### Does Krokul check a client company by EDRPOU code?

Yes. Krokul checks the code checksum and then takes data from the Unified State Register through Opendatabot to fill the client company card.

### Can a second company with the same EDRPOU code appear?

No. Krokul blocks a duplicate by EDRPOU code, and it looks for a ProZorro tender buyer among existing client companies first.

### Do I need a key to connect ProZorro?

No. The public ProZorro API is open for reading, and the connection filters decide which tenders reach Krokul.
