# Meetings and scheduling + Krokul CRM

Krokul CRM has Google Meet built in and integrates with Calendly, Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings, Zoom, Zoom Webinars and Otter.ai. A Calendly, Cal.com or Microsoft Bookings booking opens a deal with a meeting task for the host, a task creates its own Google Meet or Zoom link, and the ended meeting returns to the deal with its real length, summary and recording link. Other scheduling and video tools connect through the Krokul app in Zapier, Make, n8n, Albato and the API.

## What your team gets

### From a booking page to a prepared call

A prospect books a demo through Calendly. Krokul finds or creates the contact by email, opens a deal in the pipeline set for that event type, writes the booking answers to the deal and puts a meeting task on the host. The task fires `task.created`, and the host adds a Zoom or Google Meet link in one click.

### One meeting, however often it moves

When the invitee picks another slot, Krokul moves the existing task, and the Zoom meeting or Google Calendar event moves with it. A cancellation closes the task with the reason on the deal, and a no-show can move the deal to a stage such as "Reschedule needed", which fires `card.statusChanged`.

### What was agreed stays on the deal

When a Zoom meeting ends, Krokul writes a meeting record on the deal with the real length and marks the task done. The Zoom summary arrives as a note with the next steps, and the cloud recording link joins the same record.

## What to know

Availability, booking pages and reminders stay in Calendly and Cal.com; rooms, recordings, transcripts and webinars stay in Zoom, Google, Gong, Fireflies.ai and Otter.ai. Krokul keeps the deal, task, link and outcome. Calendly offers webhooks on its paid plans.

## Questions and answers

### Whose account hosts a meeting created from a task?

The account of the task assignee. Each person connects their own Google or Zoom account, so the link is created in their own calendar.

### Will a reschedule create a second deal or task?

No. Krokul reads the cancellation and the new booking as one change and moves the existing task on the same deal.

### Are recordings copied into Krokul?

No. Recordings stay with Zoom or Google, and Krokul keeps a link to them on the meeting record.
